A majority of likely voters – including a near-majority of Democrats – say social media companies will censor information harmful to the Biden campaign in the lead-up to next week's election, according to a new Just the News Daily Poll with Scott Rasmussen. A total of 57% likely voters say that scenario will likely occur, while 29% disagree. The remaining 14% was unsure....

Tens of millions of Americans rely on Social Security for retirement security and peace of mind. And we are always on guard to counter slanderous attempts to scare seniors. So, we were more than pleased to see others step forward to counter these election eve lies that Democrats always turn to, trying to garner votes by scaring seniors into the voting booth when all else fails. We dedicated part of our careers helping the agency fulfill its mission of supporting retirees, surviving spouses and children, and workers with disabilities. We know that Social Security touches the life of every single...

A large number of mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania have not been returned by voters who requested them, according to the latest numbers from the commonwealth on Tuesday. The latest tally of mail-in ballots shows that 1,702,115 ballots requested by voters in Pennsylvania have not been returned with seven days remaining. The Wall Street Journal recently ran two pieces, one atop the other, covering how neighbors and loved ones span the gulf of divergent political beliefs. Needless to say, it’s a topic of particular relevance during this, or any, election season. I teased a buddy of mine by sending it to him since I knew his wife was a supporter of Bernie Sanders, while he is generally more conservative. “Let me read this jewel, haha,” he replied. I have always struggled with this dichotomy in theory. It certainly makes for fascinating theater whenever Mary Matalin and James Carville are invited to...

Dr. Anthony Fauci recently called for a national mask mandate That, in addition to survey evidence showing that people are still not wearing masks in public places, led Dr. Anthony Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases for the last three decades, to advocate for a national mask mandate. Previously, Fauci has generally stopped short of saying that the American people should be required to wear masks under a mandate. The authors of the new University of Washington study arrived at their figures by using a model based on the following assumptions: Masks when worn properly offer a 40%...

In Texas’ 22nd District outside of Houston, an extremist group that has killed thousands of innocents is helping fund the campaign of Democratic candidate Sri Preston Kulkarni. The leaders of a radical Hindu nationalist faction based in India, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), are donating to Kulkarni to protect their interests in Indo-American relations and advance their extremist and sectarian agenda in India. The RSS has orchestrated mob violence against Muslims and Christians across India, advocated for ethno-religious cleansing to promote “Hindu-ness†and purity on the subcontinent, and praised both Hitler and Gandhi’s assassin. India’s ruling BJP party, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has...

We interrupt the rioting, looting and requisite political pandering over the fatal police shooting yesterday of Walter Wallace Jr., a 27 year-old black man armed with a knife, to make an important announcement -- the city of Philadelphia just hit 400 murders ----SNIP---- As many black conservatives have noted, there's a history of making black martyrs out of black criminals. Wallace fits the bill, with a rap sheet featuring 18 arrests, including incidents of domestic violence and five assaults on police. Another legitimate question to ask the D.A.'s office is why Wallace was out on the street. His most recent...

A West Side security guard was allegedly attacked by two sisters he told to wear masks and use hand sanitizer — one of the women holding him by the hair while the other stabbed him more than two dozen times. “It’s the complete randomness of this. It’s terrifying,” Judge Mary Marubio said Tuesday while ordering the sister held without bail on attempted murder charges. The argument at Snipes shoe store in Lawndale escalated Sunday when 18-year-old Jayla Hill took out her phone and began filming a guard who asked them to leave for refusing to use personal protective equipment, Cook...

It is now likely Republicans will be even or ahead when early voting closes on Sunday and Trump's election day turnout swamps Democrats who are scared to leave their homes because of covid.

Editor's Note: This piece was co-authored by Tom Hanton.President Donald Trump is a man of action. It’s that cut and dry. “Actions speak louder than words,” is a truth most of us heard countless times in our youth. And when it comes to action, the great Theodore Roosevelt rightly said, “Great thoughts speak only to the thoughtful mind, but great actions speak to all mankind.” President Trump is a fearless leader willing to take bold actions to make matters better. His pursuit of prosperity, strength, and safety for our citizens is without question. He is willing to challenge the status...

OK. So I'd like to be able to send money to help some of the tighter races. Unfortunately, I WILL NOT leave any of my phone numbers! I have done that already for a few donations I've made, and I haven't been able to stem the constant text messages and phone calls from those politicians with whom I've shared this information, including our President. I've had to turn off notifications on my cell phone to stop the constant pinging from politicians. Consequently, I'm missing pings from work, family, and friends. If you're a politician reading this, you should instruct your...

Gov. JB Pritzker is ordering bars and restaurants in Chicago to halt indoor service and to limit gatherings in the city at 25 people starting Friday as COVID-19 cases continue to rise. “Region 11 [the city of Chicago] is now averaging more than twice as many COVID-related hospital admissions per day as it was a month ago, with a positivity rate that has almost doubled since the beginning of October,” Pritzker said in a written statement Tuesday. According to the latest data from the Illinois Department of Public Health, Chicago has seen eight straight days of increasing cases and seven...

Texas Democrat MJ Hegar's bid to unseat Republican incumbent senator John Cornyn will be without the support of her own mother-in-law, who says she would "never vote" for Hegar because "she is not a good person." Patricia Heiman, the mother of Hegar's husband Stephen Hegar, took to Facebook in the race's final weeks to warn voters against supporting the Democratic Senate candidate, specifically pointing to Hegar's failure to lend a helping hand to her three step-children after their home was burned down in a fire earlier this year. "I know her personally and she is not a good person," Heiman...

Four years ago, Donald J. Trump presented himself to the American people as a brash, vulgar, gold-plated reality star seeking a political career in which he promised to bounce the entrenched Washington political set off the ropes of a pro wrestling ring and pound them into the canvas. It all seemed so self-serving and absurd. Sure, he had built a massive real estate empire and lent his name to gleaming skyscrapers. But he had no track record whatsoever in the political world. We had no reason to trust that Mr. Trump would be a good steward of the economy, a...

For more than two decades, astronomers have been systematically tracing mystery sources of high-energy gamma rays to their sources. One, however, remained stubborn - the brightest unidentified source of gamma rays in the Milky Way. It seemed to be coming from a binary system 2,740 light-years away, but only one of the stars could be found. Now, astronomers have solved the mystery and pinned down that second star by searching gamma-ray data obtained between 2008 and 2018. Together, the two stars constitute one of the weirdest binary systems we've ever seen. "The binary star system and the neutron star at...

...Wallace's aunt, who identified herself only as Sandy, told Fox News that her nephew had recently gotten married and had several children, ages 5, 7 and 8. "He was turning his life around," she said. "They could have talked to him and calmed him down because I'm quite sure that's part of their training." Rodney Everett, Wallace's uncle, said the officers could have used other tactics to de-escalate the situation.

Intelligent Design Passes Peer Review Life Is Fine-Tuned In his book The Blind Watchmaker, Richard Dawkins defined biology as “the study of complicated things that give the appearance of having been designed for a purpose.” Though our generation’s arch-atheist recognizes the tendency of human intuition to attribute things wonderful and complex to the work of a designer, he goes on to argue that life is not designed at all. His prior commitment to a worldview that understands the universe to be the product of eons of accidents and natural selection only imitates design is reflected in the book’s title:...
