A large number of mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania have not been returned by voters who requested them, according to the latest numbers from the commonwealth on Tuesday.
The latest tally of mail-in ballots shows that 1,702,115 ballots requested by voters in Pennsylvania have not been returned with seven days remaining. That’s 42 percent of the 2,969,485 total mail-in ballots requested.
That leaves Democrats in a last-minute struggle to deliver on their push to get voters to submit their vote-by-mail ballots.

My wife received a ballot, she never requested on.
She requested one for the primary, but not for the general... the fact she got one makes me wonder how many other non requested balllots are out there and got returned by people who aren’t the person they were sent to.
Is Penn the state where unpostmarked ballots with non-matching signatures will be accepted? For days after the election?
I requested one for my mom, here in Allegheny County, PA. I thought she had one, but only had application. They said it was mailed today... Don’t have street delivery here, so have to go to PO in am to check if it is here yet...

If you have a mail-in ballot and decide to go vote in person - make sure to bring the ballot and all envelopes to the poll. They will ask you to sign a declaration basically saying you have not already voted - takes a few moments.
If you don’t bring the ballot and the envelopes, there’s a more lenghthy form you’ll have to complete.
Oh, guess when those are coming in? Between election day and Friday, November 6...Guaranteed.
That’s my concern. In other words, they are building up a reserve of ballots that suddenly appear out of nowhere whenever it’s time to keep on counting until Biden is +1 over Trump in PA.

No, not really. It just means Pennsylvania isn't going to give their election results until Democrat foot soldiers go house to house collecting those unmailed ballots.
This is what they mean when they talk about a "red mirage" where Trump's election night lead evaporates and when they say it could take weeks to know who won.

Well ACB is going to put an end to that as that case is been brought back to the SCOTUS. It was posted two days ago.
Dems are going to need all 42% to pull off election fraud in their favor.

In a state which does not have early voting aside from mail-ins, these stats are an open invitation for Democrat shenanigans involving election day. Sudden COVID lockdowns in Republican counties, emergency consolidation of polling places in the name of “public safety”, mass confusion, unbelievably long lines and astronomical wait times.
With the vast majority of Republicans yet to vote but a much smaller of Democrat ballots to be cast, election day voter suppression (of Republicans) might be too good of an opportunity to pass up for Governor Commie Tommie.
Look for this play in the playbook of other Democrat-controlled states as well (Michigan, Wisconsin and North Carolina come to mind).
In my state (CA), if you show up to vote, and you were mailed a ballot and don’t bring it, they only let you vote provisionally.
This is positive news on two fronts: 1.) Rats are not enthusiastic enough to fill out and put their ballots into the mail. 2.) People are voting after hearing the laptop from hell story.
Do I understand Pennsylvania correct...they have to have their ballots postmarked by election night, but the signature does not have match what is on record? I personally think he is going to be up northward of 80K - 100K votes, so the amount of ballots of postmark tampering would be through the roof.
