Jill Biden conceded Monday that if she had to do it all over again, she would not advise husband Joe Biden to seek re-election.
“Would I want to put Joe through the hurt and the pain that we felt during that time? Never, never. I mean, it was so hurtful,” she told NBC’s “Today” show ahead of the Tuesday release of her memoir, “View from the East Wing.”
But, the former first lady added, the decision about whether to run again “had to be his decision alone” and “the doctors said he was healthy” enough to serve four more years.

Who are “the doctors”? Was Jill his doctor? I need to know so I know who to stay away from for my own personal health.
Disgusting, hideous woman. Just awful. What she did bordered on elder abuse.
All because she wanted to be in the public eye, have access to power and money, and be called “Dr. Biden”. And she put him out there to look the part of a senile fool for everyone to see.
Just pathetic.

Mine too, but I think her motives to cover her ***.
She said last week that she never saw any signs of cognitive problems and that she thought he might be having a stroke when he had the infamous debate performance. That is complete and utter horse puckey (as col.potter used to say), not just because everyone could already see his cognitive problems, but if she really thought he was stroking out, why didn’t she try to help him?
What I think is really behind this is that she is afraid of being exposed for using and abusing him as a figurehead and puppet for her own political power ambitions.
This woman is something else.
In one breath she says she would no longer advise Biden to run again, clearly implying she did counsel Biden to run again. In the very next breath, she walks away from any responsibility by proclaiming it was Joe’s decision alone - unilaterally. She then props up her position by invoking doctors who, ostensibly, said Biden was perfectly fine. What doctors? Dr. Suess? Anybody with two brain cells could see Biden had significantly diminished abilities. Just a pack of lies.
That sicko family can never know enough pain.
I have said this many times, and will say it again here: I, and many others, would normally feel significant sadness and pity at watching the deterioration of a person taking place in real time in front of our eyes, the visible changes for the worse that were taking place at a pace that it cannot be ignored.
It is what often happens to many of us should we live long enough. Difficulty ambulating. Walking around with a blank look on his face, emptiness in the eyes, mouth open in an “O”, arms bent at the elbows with hands limply extending out in front of the arms. Cloudy perception. Scrambled speaking. Inability to cognate on the fly. Lashing out in anger and frustration at things.
Who hasn’t seen this in a friend or loved one? I have seen plenty of people like this. You would have to be made of stone to not feel sadness and pity for them in the moment.
But in the case of this despicable person Jill Biden and those around him propping him up with their hands, modifying his activities, and trying to cover up his infirmities and limitations, there is no pity on our part, no charitable quarter we can give.
They persist in this cruel treatment of this diminished man so that they can continue to use him as the empty vessel into which all their malice and open hate they have for this great Republic can be poured into in order to deliberately destroy our once great nation so that they can remake it in their own, putrid, corrupt, tyrannical image.
And his wife-his OWN power-hungry wife, the one person who should have been protecting him as he regressed to a thumb-sucking, diaper-filling piece of human refuse, instead props him up like a plywood cutout so that power can be exerted under his official “Presidential” aegis. I can think of few things more disgusting, selfish, and grasping on the part of a person than to have someone who would do that to a spouse, to use them as a tool in that manner.
I feel much the same way about James Biden. He was doing exactly the same thing as Jill Biden, and the disgust I feel for him approaches that I feel for Jill Biden, but it won’t ever reach that same level, because in her station in life as his spouse who should have protected him, her misuse of him for her own personal gains in power and money, will always be far more egregious coming from her than from his own brother.
And Joe Biden-all these years, using his mentally and morally compromised, crack and sex addicted son as a piggy bank, says volumes about the cruelty of that human stain that he is. Any father that would knowingly do what he did to his son, putting him in those positions is worthy of the maledictions of all compassionate and moral people. A REAL father would have protected him, instead of exploring him.
In light of all this, WE should not relent out of pity, I will not relent out of compassion, attacking and ridiculing this evil scum of a human being and his grasping, greedy, corrupt family, friends, and political allies.
They, and the people who empowered and encourage this to go on, mean to destroy this nation. Their greed, avarice, and lust for power could lead directly to everything from a nuclear war to nationwide famine and the misery and deaths of millions of Americans, including those who blindly support what the people around Joe Biden were doing.
I won’t play by Marquis of Queensbury rules while they leverage every ounce of Saul Alinsky and Marxist dogma to do the same to the citizens of this country in their lust for control. I feel no more sympathy for Joe Biden than I would have felt for Stalin or Mao as they choked out their last seconds of life on this plane of existence.
Joe Biden is out of the public eye now. Good. We can forget about him, he is beyond us now. He will stand in front of God, probably soon, and that will be between him and God. But the people who perpetrated this fraud using Joe Biden as their tool are worthy of every punishment and malediction we can bring to bear on them.
The border you refer to was crossed more times than the one between the US and Mexico.
She enabled and encouraged Joe to fulfill her own ambitions. Taking advantage of an elderly person suffering from diminished mental capacity is the definition of elder abuse.
If she wants to experience hurtful, she should walk in Trump’s shoes for a day.
She also purportedly believed Joe was having a stroke the night of the first debate. And then proceeded make her way onto the state to congratulate him on an amazing performance directly following.
And no mention of her forgotten granddaughter Navy Joan. Absolutely despicable IMO.
