We interrupt the rioting, looting and requisite political pandering over the fatal police shooting yesterday of Walter Wallace Jr., a 27 year-old black man armed with a knife, to make an important announcement -- the city of Philadelphia just hit 400 murders

As many black conservatives have noted, there's a history of making black martyrs out of black criminals. Wallace fits the bill, with a rap sheet featuring 18 arrests, including incidents of domestic violence and five assaults on police.
Another legitimate question to ask the D.A.'s office is why Wallace was out on the street. His most recent arrest was on March 3rd, for terroristic threats

a one hour Comedy Special every week highlighting the antics in Democrat Killing Zones would be an Instant Success, Chicago, Philly, Boston. Milwaukee,...almost sound like they are Competing for the most Kills.

If gang-bangers and drug dealers would learn how to shoot, they could do even better. As it is, the taxpayers shell out hundreds of thousands of dollars to patch thugs up and send them out to commit more mayhem.
It doesn’t matter to the rioters. All that matters is that he was black. The US is coming apart based on race, ethnicity, and religion. Tribe against tribe.

In Chicago, about 18% of shooting incidents result in a fatality, regardless as to how many round are fired.
If the thugs were even mildly competent, the fatality rate would be at least 33%. (The Chicago Police Department has fired their weapons on 17 occasions this year, killing 6 for a 35.7% fatality rate. Historically it has run around 50%)
