After reading all of the crap that people have been saying regarding Adult Private Social Clubs, I felt that I had to post an article and give my opinion. I am sick and tired of all the religous groups that are saying that there are drugs, prostitution, minors, non-consenting people, and just immoral people at these clubs! First of all, who do these people think they are to decide what is morally right or wrong for me? I believe that I have a good set of morals. I am a law abiding, tax paying citizen, I work full time and provide for my child; whom I teach to be courteous, respect his elders, be a hard worker, have respect for all of humankind as well as the earth, and not to 'cram' his opinions and beliefs down other people's throats. Don't get me wrong, I'm not bashing christianity, it's just that I'm so sick and tired of others trying to decide what is 'morally acceptable' for me. These people need to have their facts straight before running off at the mouth! And yes, I do belong to a several 'Swing Clubs', so I DO KNOW what I'm talking about. First of all, NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 21 IS ADMITTED (clubs do check id)!, no drugs are tolerated........no exceptions!, there is no prostitution!, safe sex is highly encouraged, NO MEANS NO...ie...club owners and managers DO NOT tolerate anyone getting out of line what so ever!, and many club members are good and decent people with the best of morals. In short, no one is making these religous people go to the clubs, so, they need to quit trying to close the Adult Private Social Clubs. What goes on inside of these clubs is perfectly legal. We're not imposing our way of life on ANYONE, so others need to quit imposing their way of life on all of us!

* False boobs -- creepy to touch
* Lousy, blotchy skin from too much time in the tan salon
* Excessively-prominent nose
* Really crummy hair -- nothing soft about it, stiff and full of hairspray, unable to comb it for her
Sorry to be such a downer ...
LOL, thanks.
I dunno if it will make 1k, it might, it might not.
And, she looks a lot better than Proud Republican Woman ; )
Fisher - Dirty Girl
I had your name
in my head with "Mrs." on it
You had no clue what
mine was but did not care
I came looking
for the mate of my soul you were
out looking for someone just for the night
So here I go again, Dirty Girl, lay me down
Pleased to meet you
There you go, now you know a dirty girl
Pleased to leave me
Oh, don't say good-bye
I fell asleep
to the sound of your heart beating
But I woke up when
you asked me to please leave
You said "Nothing personal - it's impossible"
You can't fall asleep
with a girl you don't know...well, Ah h*!
Here I go again, Dirty Girl, lay me down
Pleased to meet you
There you go, now you know a Dirty Girl
Pleased to leave
You always say good-bye
Why do they always say good-bye?
Walking home - 4 a.m. - once again...
Here I go again, Dirty Girl, lay me down
Pleased to meet you
There you go, now you know a Dirty Girl
Pleased to leave
You always say good-bye
Why do they always say good-bye?
I'm walking, in the rain
With my shoes in my hand
I look stupid in a cocktail dress at ten AM
And I can't get a cab
Have you seen my shoe?
I'll call you
ping
If those numbers were accurate, then I'd be in agreement with you; if it really was the case that you're far more likely to run into rapists at a sex club than a gun range (or, for sake of argument, at your local grocery store), then it is a negligent act to meet with such individuals.
However, you have no basis by which to assert such a concentration of rapists in such a venue except for your intuitive sense of, "Well, swingers are sexual deviants, and rapists are sexual deviants, so...". So, nothing. Enjoying group sex has about as much to do with being willing to kidnap, rape, and kill a seven-year-old girl as owning a gun does.
In fact, according to the Toronto Sex Crimes unit, almost every pedophile they've ever busted has been a Star Trek fan. Knowing that, it's probably negligent for a parent who's a Star Trek fan to associate with other Trekkies, since there's a markedly high probability that the parent might meet someone who will hurt their child. But the reason I would accuse such a parent of negligence is because of the increased risk of association with pedophiles in practicing the activity in question, not the activity itself.
The parents' "behavior that I believe makes them more likely to meet a potential kidnapper/rapist than at my gun range" was the drinking / drugs / inviting total strangers back to their garage instead of, you know, watching over their children.
One can be a swinger without being a junkie, and one can be a junkie without being a swinger - and you can do any of the above without bringing it back home for the kids to be exposed to. If Danielle's mom was bringing guys over to her home and doing drugs with them in the garage, that is what makes her a bad parent, whether she was having sex with those men or not.
I have no idea if Danielle was at greater risk than she would have been otherwise - given that she is DEAD, I can't imagine what the greater risk would have been.
But is she dead because her parents were swingers? I don't believe you have any basis by which to assert that their swinging killed their daughter, except by way of increasing their likelihood of associating with potential killers - which, as I showed above, would have been just as bad if they were, say, Star Trek fans.
Now, show me ONE member of a swinger's club that is not a bad parent.
Ya know what? I don't actually know anybody in real life who goes to swinger's clubs, at least not to my knowledge. It's not exactly something we talk about at the office. For your part, though, you know of exactly one couple that happens to be both members of a swinger's club and bad parents - and that case became national news specifically because of its noteworthiness. So, I believe that your blanket condemnation of swingers is baseless, and the burden of proof is on you to justify that participation in a swinger's club endangers external parties (in this case, the kids).
"Shortly after his liaison with the recently zotted "Proud Republican Woman", Joe makes a horrible discovery...
Joe:
Why does it hurt when I pee?
Why does it hurt when I pee?
I don't want no doctor
To stick no needle in me
Why does it hurt when I pee?
I got it from the toilet seat
I got it from the toilet seat
It jumped right up
And grabbed my meat
Got it from the toilet seat
My b4lls feel like a pair of maracas
My b4lls feel like a pair of maracas
Oh **d I probably got the
Gon-o-ka-ka-khackus!
My b4lls feel like a pair of maracas
Ai-ee-ai-ee-ahhhh!
Why does it
Why does it
Why does it
Why does it hurt...when I
Peeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee?"
Unbelivable! And for someone to think their actions have no effect on others around them and society as a whole. The first thing that popped into my mind was Danielle VanDam. The swinger lifestyle definitely effected her life.
Why haven't I been notified of this ZOTTING event?
Sorry, we all thought 'proud republican woman' was your second screen name.
"I think it means, "leave me alone I'm in my safe place."
Got it. LOL. Thanks.
Fine - you just keep your eyes wide shut and repeat "If my mom brings multiple guys over and does drugs with them in the garage, that makes her a bad parent; if she just had sex with them all, that's just fine."
Been there, done that - several here say Brenda VanDam was a fine, upstanding mother . . .
Thanks for imposing that insane thread on us...
