The Wayne County Board of Canvassers on Tuesday failed to certify the county's Nov. 3 election results, splitting the vote to certify the results 2-2. The vote was along party lines, with Monica Palmer, the board chairperson, and William Hartmann — both Republicans — voting against certification. Board Vice Chair Jonathan Kinloch and Allen Wilson, both Democrats, voted in favor of certification. With Wayne County failing to certify the results, it must provide all election documentation to the Michigan Secretary of State office and state Board of Canvassers, according to Michigan election guidelines. Those entities will then have 10 days...

Twitter backed down Friday in its battle with The Post and unlocked its main account after a two-week stalemate over the Hunter Biden exposé. The move came after The Post refused Twitter’s demand that it delete six tweets that linked to stories that the company claimed — without any evidence — were based on hacked information. The Post never budged, and kept the tweets on the account during the standoff.

President Trump has now edged to a one-point lead over Democratic nominee Joe Biden in the latest Rasmussen Reports’ weekly White House Watch survey. While statistically insignificant, it’s the first time Trump has been ahead. The new national telephone and online survey finds the president with a 47% to 46% lead over Biden among Likely U.S. Voters. Three percent (3%) prefer some other candidate, while four percent (4%) remain undecided. The race has narrowed over the past two weeks. Biden had a two-point lead last week, but that survey also marked the first time Trump had edged above 45% over...

I've taken a lot of flack here on FR for the past few weeks claiming that Buttigieg and his former employer McKinsey & Company were CIA. Mark Stein is filling in for Tucker Carlson and just spent the first ten minutes of the show talking about this.

So, what actually happened last night? – Not much, other than open sedition and disgrace from the Democrat/media/Deep State Axis of disinformation. When news broke that Iran was lobbing missiles from its soil at a pair of Iraqi military bases where U.S. and coalition forces were stationed, Democrats and media figures immediately started their own cheering section for the Iranian Mullahs on Twitter. MSNBC’s Larry O’Donnell kicked things off with this little gem, openly urging the Mullahs to take revenge on the bad Orange Man in the White House: Lawrence O'Donnell ✔ @Lawrence Trump wagged the dog. Now the dog...

BEIRUT (AP) — The latest on U.S.-Iran tensions (all times local): 4:45 p.m. Iraq’s parliament has voted to expel the U.S. military from the country. Lawmakers voted Sunday in favor of a resolution that calls for ending foreign military presence in the country. The resolution’s main aim is to get the U.S. to withdraw some 5,000 U.S. troops present in different parts of Iraq. The vote comes two days after a U.S. airstrike killed Iranian Gen. Qassem Soleimani inside Iraq, dramatically increasing regional tensions. The Iraqi resolution specifically calls for ending an agreement in which Washington sent troops to Iraq...

Former U.S. Attorney Guy Lewis predicted the Justice Department inspector general's report on alleged Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act abuses will be "hard-hitting," with multiple recommendations for prosecution. During an interview Monday on Fox News, Lewis said he used to work with Inspector General Michael Horowitz at the Justice Department and called him as "tough as a nail." Lewis added, "He’s tough, he is smart, and I think the report will be a blockbuster." He expects Horowitz's findings to make special counsel Robert Mueller's report on Russian interference in the 2016 election "look like a sixth grade book report." Asked to...

(CNN)Puerto Rico Gov. Ricardo Rosselló is expected to resign Wednesday after more than a week of protests that rocked the island's capital city, a source familiar with the situation told CNN. DiGenova told the panel a solo report on James Comey coming out in about two weeks. DiGenova says the report will contain criminal referrals. DiGenova also said the only hero in all of the cabal is Admiral Mike Rogers who not only slipped into the Trump tower after the election, and told Trump the truth, but he’d gone to the FISA Court and told them who the culprits were and to stop the madness. According to diGenova the FISA Court has already turned the information over to Attorney General Bill Barr.
