Former President Donald Trump holds a stubborn lead over sitting Vice President Kamala Harris in the swing state of Arizona. The Noble Predictive Insights poll of 1,003 registered Arizona voters was taken between August 12-16. So this was taken before three major events: the substance-free Democrat National Convention, Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s endorsement of Trump of last week and former Rep. Tulsi Gabbard’s (D-HI) Monday Trump endorsement. Currently, Trump enjoys a three-point lead over Vice President CacklyMcNeverBorderCzar, 47 to 44 percent. With third-party candidates included, including Kennedy, Trump still led 44 to 43 percent. In the RealClearPolitics average poll of...

The home improvement retailer Lowe's has become the latest brand to scrap its support for Pride events and other diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) schemes in the face of consumer boycotts. Lowe's will stop cooperating with the Human Rights Campaign, a major LGBTQ group, and will no longer separate employees into so-called 'resource groups' based on race, religion or sexual identities, according to an internal memo. The company will also stop sponsoring parades, festivals, or fairs, and will instead focus on events related to its business, such as affordable housing and skilled trades education, says the memo. In recent weeks,...

Donald Trump vowed to release the remaining files on the assassination of Robert F. Kennedy if he is elected president for a second term. The ex-president previously said he would declassify the documents, but was urged not to by one of his senior cabinet members, according to Robert F. Kennedy Jr. It now seems that Trump had a change of heart after an assassin made a failed attempt on his life at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania on July 13. Thomas Matthew Crooks, 20, shot Trump's right ear. He was taken out by the Secret Service, but not before he...

It’s been six weeks since the attempt on former President Donald Trump’s life at a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, and the American public’s questions about the nature of the attack and the security failings that led to Trump’s brush with death largely remain unanswered. Jason Chaffetz, a Fox News contributor and former Utah congressman who once chaired the House Oversight Committee, joined “The Daily Signal Podcast” to discuss the apparent security failures and ongoing investigations into what transpired in Butler on July 13. “I thought the extraction was very slow. I thought it was fairly pathetic,” Chaffetz told The...

Vice President Kamala Harris has reversed her position on spending hundreds of millions of dollars to build a wall along the southern border, Axios reported Tuesday. Harris is now in favor of building a wall after being attacked repeatedly by former President Donald Trump for presiding over an unprecedented surge in illegal immigration to the U.S. as the Biden administration’s unofficial “border czar,” according to Axios. Prior to her second run for the presidency, Harris had called the border wall “un-American,” a “stupid waste of money” and Trump’s “medieval vanity project.” Harris now backs the bipartisan border bill proposed in...

It's been five weeks and counting since Kamala Harris emerged as the Democrat nominee and we're still waiting for her to submit to her first sit-down interview with the press. She promised to get an interview "scheduled" by the end of August (or Saturday). It's been a while -- she was on Morning Joe two months ago to talk up abortion "access." In Tuesday's Politico Playbook column, the reporters reported on how reporters are being asked which reporter should be selected for this weighty task.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Tulsi Gabbard will join Former President Donald Trump’s potential transition team as honorary co-chairs if he wins the 2024 presidential election. Also at the Democrat Convention last week, former President Barack Obama claimed that "unlike Democrats, Republicans believe that generosity is for suckers. They believe it's okay to take what you want. They don't care about the less fortunate or the needs of others. As Democrats our job is to convince people that democracy can actually deliver. We can't just rely on the ideas of the past. We need to chart a new way forward to meet the challenges of today." Like so many of the things he has said since he's been in politics, the claim that Republicans aren't generous...

A marina biologist captured a rare sight in the Monterey Bay over the weekend. Nancy Black, a marine biologist with Monterey Bay Whale Watch and the director of the California Killer Whale Project, said that on Saturday, a group of orcas was spotted. The group included an adult female with her offspring, according to Black. "They had fed on a few sea lions earlier in the day, and when we found them, they were spy-hopping, breaching, pec and tail slapping and just very surface active. The youngsters were chasing each other, and the group was rolling together with lots of...

As Jean Jacques celebrated her 96th birthday in July, she never considered that just one month later, she would be advocating for the roof over her head. Jacques has called Pacific Grove Senior Living her home for 22 years. On Aug. 16, the facility gave Jacques a three-day eviction notice. The notice states that Jacques must pay her outstanding balance of about $110,000 or vacate her unit. Advertisement The issue? It was Jacques' understanding that she would be taken care of for life — regardless of whether she outlived her savings. The eviction notice was issued by Pacifica Senior Living,...

You may be familiar with the debate about aircraft carriers – that they are too expensive to buy and maintain. Perhaps the aircraft carrier is obsolete, and the Navy should focus on building more frigates and destroyers. Yet another debate is brewing up involving the DDG(X) program, in which the Navy wants to build a new class of guided missile destroyers by the 2030s. And, sadly for the Navy, this new warship class is getting its share of bad press and doubtful commentary.

Vice Presidential Nominee, Senator JD Vance to Deliver Remarks on the Economy, Inflation, and Manufacturing in Big Rapids, Michigan on Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at 1:30PM EDT. The radical policies of Kamala Harris, Joe Biden, and the far-left Democrats, including Tim Walz, have driven the American economy into a tailspin, leaving Michigan families struggling to make ends meet. With inflation in Michigan soaring to 20.50%, families are now facing an additional $1,031 in monthly expenses. And leftists are wearing it proudly. Like everything that is “Palestinian,” the keffiyeh comes from somewhere else. Its name is derived from an Italian word, cuffia, or headdress. It originated among the Bedouins as a protection from the sun, and not just Palestinians, or Arabs in general, wear it; Kurds and Yazidis sometimes sport it as a non-political statement. Nevertheless, the close identification of this headdress with the Palestinian jihad against Israel has made it unmistakable: the keffiyeh is today what the broken cross of National Socialism was in the 1930s and 1940s. It is a symbol of an irrational...

Bike Index now registers the descriptions and serial numbers of about 1.3 million bikes worldwide. But when Hance started the site in 2013, it was a simpler era of theft. Back then, it was mostly a crime of opportunity: Single bikes would disappear from garages or street corners, taken by petty thieves usually wielding nothing more than bolt cutters. Hance’s site allowed police to reunite bikes with their owners if they were found or discarded. And it allowed buyers who cared about such things to do their due diligence to make sure they weren’t buying a stolen bike. But in...

ABedouin man who was held hostage in Gaza for more than 10 months was rescued by Israeli forces on Tuesday, Israeli officials announced. Daniel Hagari said in a news briefing Tuesday. "He is alive and back home in Israel," Hagari said. 65% of Muslim students either hate Jews or Israel. Campus antisemitism is a problem, but reports focus on the experiences of Jewish students rather than the identity of the perpetrators. Media reports hesitate to name anyone. Jewish organizations zero in on campus hate groups like Students for Justice in Palestine, but that only tells us so much about why antisemitism has become so widespread at certain universities. Brandeis University’s Center for Modern Jewish Studies recently conducted a survey asking college students about their views of Jews and Israel. And the results are revealing. 66% of students, the vast majority, did...

They took a bite out of this crime. New Jersey police arrested the zoo visitor who brazenly hopped a fence and got terrifyingly close to a Siberian tiger that tried to chomp on the woman’s hand last week. Zyair Dennis, 24, is facing a defiant trespassing charge along with violating two city ordinances after she climbed the fence at the Cohanzick Zoo and stuck her hand inside the tiger’s enclosure, Bridgeton police said Monday in a statement. Police last week had shared jaw-dropping footage of Dennis’ Aug. 18 antics.
