Oil prices fell and U.S. stock-index futures jumped Sunday after President Donald Trump said the U.S. has agreed to a peace deal with Iran, apparently ending months of hostilities that shut the Strait of Hormuz and sent the global economy into an oil shock.
“The Deal with the Islamic Republic of Iran is now complete,” Trump said in a social-media post late Sunday. “Congratulations to all! I hereby fully authorize the toll free opening of the Strait of Hormuz, and, simultaneously herewith, authorize the immediate removal of the United States Naval blockade. Ships of the World, start your engines. Let the oil flow!” Trump later said the Strait of Hormuz would reopen Friday, when the deal is signed.

Huh? Show me where Obama totally kicked Iran’s military ass prior to sending them pallets of CASH MONEY?
No similarity. None. Trump is opposed to Islamism whereas Obama embraced it. And that’s only part of the play.
All the haters going to be disappointed; but they will rebound soon with a new gripe. It’s what they do.
I don’t get warm fuzzy feelings about this. May be it’s just me? I know one thing if was in my old sailor suit on a ship in the Med right now I wouldn’t be at ease. On the boats we rarely were anyway.
In politics timing is everything. This “deal” needed to be made now to prevent a likely change in the balance of power in the midterms. This would likely have completely halted everything good that President Trump has been doing his best to achieve. If this deal is not all that it should be... there will be nothing to prevent President Trump from making some adjustments in the second half of this term if he still has majorities in the House and Senate.
This is the time for patience and support for our amazing President... not whining and complaining about inconsequential details. In other words, people here who continue whining and complaining about should grow up and stop helping the Left.
