Fellow Americans, there comes a time every mans life when we must give up ourselves before we are worthy to recieve. There comes a time in this war on terror when in order to protect liberty, we have to give it up in the mean time for safty. That's right folks. Today, Americans have forsaken the creator for the creation and have decided that they would value our "civil liberties" than protecting western civilization and rich white people from the tender mercies of radical Islamic terrorists. Selfish liberals insist and whine that Bush has no right to spy on Americans and ban certain undesirables from using our airlines. They demand the right to criticize and blaspheeme the name of our supreme commander and cheef George W Bush while forcing multiculturalism down our throats and praising Bill Clinton. We all know however that it's totally Clintons fult for everything bad in america. Now we are at war and we must make a decision. support the safty of America and defeat terrorists, or support civil liberties and give victory to the enemy. Its all because of Bill Clinton and civil liberties that we are in this war so it is only fair that we give it up. no one said life was supposed to be fair you liberal crybabys. Dont give me that rubbish about equality and diversity. WE ARE AT WAR! If your not for Bush and against civil liberties your a terrorist! Your probably even a Communist and should be detained. Therefore fellow Americans we must throw all of our trust and resources behind George W Bush and behind this war with no ifs ands or buts. Be sure to report any and all detractors and freedom supporters to your local military and never question. Bush knows what hes doing and we will win this war once and for all. Anoreth got them scanned, but she's having trouble moving them from the PC to the internet. So don't hold your breath ... U.S. Mail would be faster than this!

I hope she's having better luck than I am. It's been quite a while since I used a scanner, and it wasn't this one.

There is so MUCH I need to put on CD!

We haven't tried to put anything on CD - pictures are saved on the PC. In the past, they've managed to get pics to the internet so I can link them, but they appear to have forgotten how.

Just thought I'd ask, Sis! I know it's gotta be cold there.

We actually had some sprinkles last night, but the airport says it was a "trace." We had more than a trace here, but we're higher and farther east than the airport, and to my knowledge, Tucson doesn't have any "neighborhood" weather stations.

So it still "doesn't count," even though it smelled SOOO good this morning!

I'd settle for getting them on the hard drive, but I would hate to lose any of them in the event of a worm or a crash.

Some of the stuff is old B&W family stuff from WAY back. Back in the days of buttonhooks and covered wagons, even.

Go get the book cases Monday. Should take about 2 weeks to stain them.

Just open the site you store your pictures in (I use photobucket), and choose browse. That should open your photos files, and then choose.

I wish you'd get more rain.

I'd actually prefer a bit colder weather. If all the moisture came down as snow, it wouldn't be so slippery everywhere.

Also, the rain compacts the snow, so our septic system, and pump system are more likely to freeze. I've been flushing the toilet a lot to keep everything thawed.
The day before yesterday, it rained all evening, and into the night, with temps. at 0 or 32 ish, going down to -6 (22f), or so, over night.
We had a flash freeze Friday, with temps dropping to -20 -4f), and all the slush that had been partially melted, turned to ruts of ice.

Hey! I coulda been a meteorologist!
