Democrats have forced credit card companies to track your private Second Amendment-related purchases. It's basically a gun registry and fascism by proxy. There's a booming underground market for donkey penises in Africa. And Kamala Harris said January 6 is comparable to September 11, in some of her dumbest comments to date.

In comparison to Joe Biden, Barack Obama appears to be a picture of probity, wisdom, and dignity. But in reality, he's just a more unflappable liar, and now that Democrats are on the rocks in the polls, he's cribbed a page from Ronald Reagan, a man he's always had a curious fascination for, claiming that: “The country is better off than when you took office. We should all be deeply grateful for that.” If Obama were ask that as a question, the way Reagan once did, the open-ended answer would not have been to his liking, so Obama supplied the...

The largest and most comprehensive survey of American gun owners ever conducted suggests that they use firearms in self-defense about 1.7 million times a year. It also confirms that AR-15-style rifles and magazines that hold more than 10 rounds, frequent targets of gun control legislation, are in common use for lawful purposes, which the Supreme Court has said is the test for arms covered by the Second Amendment. The online survey, which was conducted by Centiment in February and March of 2021, was based on a representative sample of about 54,000 adults, 16,708 of whom were gun owners. Georgetown University...

Florida took the top spot in The Heritage Foundation’s Education Freedom Report Card that was released on Friday. The organization took into account four broad categories when ranking what it referred to as education freedom: education choice, regulatory freedom, academic transparency and education spending return on investment. In the inaugural 2022 edition of the Education Freedom Report Card, Florida is the top-ranked state across the board. The Heritage Foundation lauded Florida’s commitment to establishing and maintaining parental rights in their child’s education, a positive return on investment, and the state’s available options among private, charter, and district schools. “If sunlight...

UPS has stepped up its anti-gun campaign by requiring online sellers to ship an average of 50 handguns daily to use its 2nd Day Air service. Sellers who do not ship at least 350 handguns a week risk losing their shipping accounts. Under the new agreement, UPS is only required to give customers a ten-day notice before cutting them off from the shipping service. The volume necessary means that most online retailers and manufacturers are now cut off from shipping guns through the carrier unless the handgun is shipped using the expensive Next Day Air service. The notice was sent...

On August 30, 2022, a three-judge panel in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals unanimously ruled the Pennsylvania government violated the Takings clause, the Second Amendment, and the Fourteenth Amendment when they refused to return a gun collection of the parents of a man who was convicted of murder. The parents never committed a crime. The state never used the parents’ gun collection as evidence. From a list of properties, I estimate 47 guns, accessories, computers, and other items valued at $40,000 or more were taken. The State refused to return the parents’ property under the rule of force: we have...

“The new puritans, then, are best understood as a clergy for a godless age, presiding over a dreamscape of their own making, rewriting our language, history and traditions as they go along. Yet, for all their clout, there are still some among us who steadfastly refuse to praise the elegance of the emperor’s new clothes, who would rather point and laugh at the naked man in our midst. Not for the first time in human history, our way out of this madness will depend upon the heretics.” - Andrew Doyle, The New Puritans Joe Biden emerged from his speech last...

A Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request by Gun Owners of America (GOA) secured release of information surrounding a form which was used by the FBI in an effort to secure forfeiture of Second Amendment rights. The form gave Americans the opportunity to “voluntarily” give up their Second Amendment rights, allowing no means by which the forfeited rights could be resecured. GOA filed a FOIA suit for information related to the form and its use by the FBI. On September 6,...

A new ad hitting airwaves in Pennsylvania is hammering Democrat U.S. Senate nominee — and current Lt. Governor — John Fetterman for an incident that happened in 2013 when the then-mayor of Braddock held a black jogger at gunpoint until police arrived after apparently falsely assuming the man was involved in a crime. The ad includes clips of an interview with the jogger-turned-victim along with quotes from an unapologetic Fetterman on how he "may have" broken the law when he pointed his shotgun at the man's chest. As NBC News reported succinctly, the latest ad in the battleground state is...

Gov. Kathy Hochul (D-NY) instituted a raft of new gun control regulations including designating Times Square in New York City as a giant gun-free zone. National Rifle Association (NRA) spokeswoman Dana Loesch correctly pointed out that "criminals who depend on guns to commit robberies, rapes, and murders aren't going to obey these restrictions. That's why most mass shootings occur in gun-free zones. A policy that would yield better results is lessening the barriers to citizens arming themselves." Hochul rejected "the erroneous notion that good guys with guns can stop a bad guy with a gun. If heavily armed and well-trained...
