A Tennessee man who was jailed for more than a month after refusing to take down a Facebook meme poking fun at the assassination of Charlie Kirk will be paid $850,000 as part of a settlement with officials. Larry Bushart, a 61-year-old retired police officer, spent 37 days behind bars under a $2 million bond before authorities dropped the felony charge against him in October. While in jail, he lost his post-retirement job and missed both his wedding anniversary and the birth of his granddaughter, according to a federal lawsuit Bushart filed against Perry County, Perry County Sheriff Nick Weems...

On Shabbat morning of February 28, as Jews gathered in synagogue to read from the Torah about the importance of remembering – and destroying – the evil Amalek, American and Israeli fighter jets began their own destruction of the Iranian military. Since then, not only have America and Israel been cooperating at closer levels than ever before, but for the first time, Jewish and Christian soldiers have been fighting shoulder to shoulder, representing a new chapter in Judeo-Christian civilization. Ten weeks later, this coming Shabbat will serve as another historic milestone. Never before in American history has a president invited...

The trend that we are seeing is a very positive one. People are seeking tradition...It's a learning lesson for a lot of pastors I talk to. If you are not creating an environment where the people that come to your church can find holiness and meaning and be elevated, you're not doing your job. There was a time in the nineties where people were hungry for a personal encounter with God, and Evangelicalism I think offers that better than some Catholicism circles. Maybe that's to be debated, but times change and needs an appetites change. And I could tell you...

She always had boundary...

Charlie Kirk’s widow Erika called on the next generation of Christian scholars to follow in her husband’s footsteps and pursue truth and “defend liberty” during her commencement speech at Hillsdale College Saturday. Kirk kicked off her speech with a story about her and Charlie Kirk’s honeymoon, which they both agreed would be a “disconnected” vacation, meaning no computers or cell phones. Charlie Kirk, however, used the emergency phone to keep up with the free, online courses he was taking at Hillsdale College, a breach of the newlywed’s agreement that Kirk said she was more than happy to allow. “He really...

A California city mayor is defending his city’s decision to install honorary street signs bearing Charlie Kirk's name near City Hall after some liberal residents criticised the move. Westminster Mayor Nguyễn Mạnh Chí (阮孟志 under pre-1910 French Indochina when "chữ Hán" was replaced by "chữ Quốc, ngữ," developed by Portugese Catholic missionaries) told Fox News Digital that Americans are "lucky we have the freedom of speech here, and we all have to respect that." "Nobody should be murdered or assassinated because of promoting freedom of speech," Mr. Nguyễn said. After Mr. Kirk, the founder of Turning Point USA, was killed...

“It’s a coming attraction of what is coming next,” Kirk told Tucker Carlson. “Zohran Mamdani the…Muslim communist that is running for mayor in New York City…most people are missing the point of really what this is. This is another distress signal by young people to say, ‘Hey, if you’re not going to fix our life, economically, we’re going to get very radical politically.” … “Let’s take a step back. President Trump won the youth vote in many states across the country,” Kirk stated. “12, 13 years ago when I started Turning Point, if you would have told me that a...

Jewish community leaders are blasting California’s Secretary of State for publishing a voter information guide statement from a fringe gubernatorial candidate who espoused anti-Jewish conspiracy theories. Don J. Grundmann, an independent with no party affiliation and no prior political experience, is among dozens of candidates who qualified for the ballot. California residents are receiving their voter guides in the mail this month ahead of the June primary. Grundmann’s statement includes a litany of conspiracies, including claims that conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was killed by an Israeli bomb and that Israeli “art students” brought down the Twin Towers on 9/11. “These...

I hear a lot from young people about their hopes, their dreams, and their fears. You see, young people are idealists. They respond to vision. For the past four years, they’ve seen the vision of the Biden-Harris regime. That vision is you’ll own nothing and be happy. The Democrats say instead of owning a home, you’ll rent a 400 square foot studio apartment. Instead of owning a car, you’ll rent a scooter using some app. Their vision is this, limit your dreams, give up, aim lower, be content with less. If you’re a twenty-something in America, life has been really...

CNN’s Van Jones said Erika Kirk had “tremendous moral authority” on Wednesday, claiming that she has the “opportunity” to bring people together to address violence in America. “Saturday was yet another traumatic example of the evil in our country and the continued rise in political violence,” Kirk wrote. “I’m taking time to spend with my family.” Kirk shared more detailed thoughts on Wednesday’s edition of The Charlie Kirk Show, where she blamed the press and commentators for the “systemic indoctrination and radicalization” of U.S. citizens. “This culture we’re living in absorbs disagreement into personal betrayal,” she said. “It turns having...

The president of Turning Point USA’s University of Georgia chapter says the organization has strayed from the mission it had under the leadership of Charlie Kirk. Caroline Mattox wrote on Instagram that she could not in good conscience stay with an organization that has “strayed so far from its original purpose and principles.” Mattox is not the first TPUSA chapter president to express dissatisfaction with the organization’s current direction. The University of Arkansas chapter cut ties with TPUSA last month. Former President Dino Fantegrossi also expressed the sentiment that TPUSA had strayed from its original mission.

Kentucky is suing Roblox for allegedly allowing child predators to run rampant on its platform and exposing children to heinous material — including simulators of conservative activist Charlie Kirk’s assassination. The lawsuit, filed Monday by the office of Attorney General Russell Coleman, alleged that the gaming platform with 111 million active monthly users lacks guardrails to protect kids and creates a “playground” for pedophiles to meet potential victims, according to the document obtained by The Post. Due to lax age verification protocols, child predators often create accounts on the massive multiplayer online game and game creation system and pose as...
