AN ARMED man has been arrested near the White House after he allegedly said threatened to kill Donald Trump.
Secret Service agents found the Venezuelan migrant in a stolen car packed with firearms, according to the Department of Homeland Security.
Officers said they approached the suspect after spotting him “acting suspicious in his car while parked on Constitution Avenue in Washington.”
He reportedly told police that he heard voices in his head telling him to come to the capital and kill Trump, the DHS said.

And was he always traveling in a car? Possibly a train could be boarded with no check of his bag. Not a plane, or a school or a hospital or a gun free zone.

Constitution Avenue is about 2000 feet from the White House, with a direct line of sight to the door where President Trump emerges to walk to the Marine One helicopter pad.
In between is The Ellipse where one could formerly drive freely around its perimeter road. That changed after 9/11/2001. Now, the gated vehicle access to The Ellipse is manned by U.S. Secret Service personnel, with coordination from the U.S. Park Police.
The 52 acre Ellipse’s grassy oval, sidewalks and paths are open for pedestrian access. It’s where the National Christmas Tree is placed.
