Lawmakers who pushed the Department of Justice to release the Epstein files are dissatisfied with its latest disclosure of high-profile names mentioned in the three million documents, believing the DOJ is being purposefully vague to protect those with close ties to Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. Saturday evening, the DOJ sent a six-page letter to Congress, including the names of celebrities, politicians, businesspeople and more who were mentioned at least once in the files. But the extensive list failed to explain how the people are connected to the pedophile financier and his fellow offender. Names ranged from President Donald Trump,...

[snip] With border czar Tom Homan as his guest, Tapper repeatedly attempted to lure him into criticizing DHS Secretary Kristi Noem. Axios recently reported friction between the two, and Tapper clearly sought to exploit the issue. Tapper began by playing a clip of Noem saying that when it comes to elections, it’s important for DHS to be proactive “to make sure that we have the right people voting, electing the right leaders to lead this country.” Tapper invited Homan to interpret Noem’s statement about “electing the right leaders.” Homan demurred, saying that would be a question for the Secretary. But...

A Minnesota activist was arrested Thursday and charged with threatening to assault and kill Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents, the Justice Department said. Prosecutors allege that Kyle Wagner, 37, shared comments and videos to Facebook and Instagram last month that encouraged his followers to attack federal immigration officers, who he called the "gestapo" and "murderers." He is expected to make his initial appearance in federal court on Thursday. Photos taken Thursday appear to show Wagner being led out of a residential building in Minneapolis by agents with Homeland Security Investigations, part of the Department of Homeland Security, wearing a sweatshirt...

Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit against the Muslim Brotherhood, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (“CAIR”), and CAIR’s Austin, Houston, and DFW chapters to ban the terrorist organizations from operating in Texas and to stop their violent ideology from spreading across the state. The Muslim Brotherhood is a radical terrorist organization that exists to usurp governmental power and establish dominion through sharia law. For three decades, it has covertly operated in the United States under the name “CAIR”—the Council on American-Islamic Relations—as its American chapter. The terrorist ties are unquestionable. For example, CAIR-Texas's founding board member was convicted in...

Florida Republican Sen. Rick Scott told "The Charlie Kirk Show" on Thursday that Senate Republicans are going to pass the SAVE Act to mandate voter ID and verification of citizenship to register to vote, and if Democrats want to stop it, they'll have to do a talking filibuster. "The concept that you don’t have to show your ID to vote is foreign," Scott said. "We're going to get this done. The president is on board. He knows we have to use the talking filibuster to get his agenda done." "Is it a pain in the rear? Yeah. But so...

https://x.com/JohnBasham/status/2019203289146093795 "Senator Perdue claimed to have received a phone call in November 2021 from Vic Reynolds, then-Director of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI). Reynolds told Perdue, “We’re not going to investigate. The governor wants me to tell you why we’re not going to investigate.” Perdue revealed that in May of 2021, Reynolds was presented with evidence of ballot harvesting. “…Video evidence and cell phone evidence, along with testimony and bank records that are corroborated…” Perdue stated that Reynolds “looked at that and said it was compelling [enough] to be investigated.” Perdue would go on to reveal that the reason...

The one thing Newsom is good at is destroying the Golden State If I was the leftist governor of the largest state in the U.S. and my unspoken goal and unholy plan was to destabilize and destroy my state, there are certain policies I would impose, and executive orders I’d make, while insulating myself from my own policies: Cut water off to rural areas in the state; remove dams and hydroelectric plants. Limit water deliveries to farmers and ranchers, forcing farmers and ranchers to shut down. Create a housing shortage. Raise the minimum wage so high, restaurant owners are forced...

President Donald Trump has threatened to sue Grammy's host Trevor Noah for making "false and defamatory" comments regarding his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. Writing on Truth Social, Trump said: "Noah said, INCORRECTLY about me, that Donald Trump and Bill Clinton spent time on Epstein Island. WRONG!!! Democrats scored a stunning upset on Saturday in a special election runoff for Texas Senate, according to a projection from Decision HQ, giving the party a major boost ahead of the November midterms. Fort Worth Democrat Taylor Rehmet, a machinist and Air Force veteran, defeated Southlake Republican Leigh Wambsganss to fill the vacant state Senate District 9. The district favored President Trump--who endorsed Wambsganss earlier on Saturday--by 17 points in 2024...

A documentary about a sitting first lady is unusual. A $40 million documentary, released theatrically while its subject occupies the White House and retains full editorial control, is something else entirely. That is the situation surrounding Melania, a feature-length documentary about Melania Trump, which premiered this week at Washington, D.C.’s Kennedy Center before a global theatrical rollout backed by Amazon MGM Studios. The film, which reportedly follows roughly 20 days surrounding the Trumps’ return to the White House, has sparked questions not because of what it reveals, but because of how, when and why it exists at all. From its price...

While acknowledging that the United States government has not carried out its mission on immigration "perfectly" in Minneapolis, border czar Tom Homan said***that immigration officials "are not surrendering the president's mission and immigration enforcement."Those efforts, he said, will involve making arrests while focusing enforcement on known public safety threats. "We will conduct targeted enforcement operations," Homan said during a press conference in Minneapolis on Thursday, describing a strategy he said ICE and CBP have used "for decades" by identifying specific suspects in advance through criminal and immigration records. *** "ICE is enforcing the laws enacted by Congress," said Homan. However, he...
