"Senator Perdue claimed to have received a phone call in November 2021 from Vic Reynolds, then-Director of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI). Reynolds told Perdue, “We’re not going to investigate. The governor wants me to tell you why we’re not going to investigate.”
Perdue revealed that in May of 2021, Reynolds was presented with evidence of ballot harvesting. “…Video evidence and cell phone evidence, along with testimony and bank records that are corroborated…” Perdue stated that Reynolds “looked at that and said it was compelling [enough] to be investigated.”
Perdue would go on to reveal that the reason Reynolds gave him for not investigating the compelling evidence was because Reynolds was “a team player. If the governor doesn’t want to investigate, we’re not going to investigate.”

You left out the best part. Gov Kemp gave the IG a State Supreme Court appt for life, for being a team player. And did the same for 2 other investigators for keeping quiet.

The sad part was Kemp appeared better than than his runoff primary opponent for his first term. It was a bit of an upset when he won.
The good part is Kemp has four kids. Four ugly daughters. Payback is a bummer.

Welfare fraud is a separate topic from Vote Fraud.
In GA welfare fraud is centered in swamp dweller DELOITTE.
GAINWELL Technologies is also a big GA contractor. But most of its WFA Waste Fraud Abuse is in handling the garbage data it receives from swamp king DELOITTE.
DELOITTE has the same fraud in 25 states, mostly the big states: CA, TX, GA, IL, PA, NY....etc. (not MN).
There is also fraud in GA by “providers”... providers of Medicaid, Providers who accept SNAP/EBT food stamps, etc. But that fraud is dispersed. A big part of that fraud just plays second fiddle to the Deloitte fraud.
Deloitte IES Integrated Eligibility System has an EMPI Enterprise Master Person Index that is a fraud because it does not meet any definition of a Master Person Index.
The DELOITTE EMPI has many dead people as alive and eligible for Medicaid, CHPS, SNAP, WIC, TANF, Sec8, etc.
EMPI has many DUPS where Sue Smith, Susan Smith and Susan Jone-Smith have the same DOB, same SSN, same address but 3 distinct active ID in the EMPI. When the provider bills all 3 ID he can easily brush it off as a clerical error of the billing service. When a nursing home or insurance company is paid Capitation for a dead person many ID of the same person it isn’t their fault Deloitte is the first the the line of fraud.

Stop the fraud in the swamp.
