Washington — Michigan Democratic Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed has asked his Democratic primary rival, Rep. Haley Stevens, to stay away from all remaining campaign events in the final days before Tuesday's election, according to two sources familiar with the matter.
The pair clashed Friday ahead of what had been a planned Sunday campaign event where they were expected to make a rare appearance together. Politico was first to report El-Sayed had asked Stevens to stay away.
The public rift between the two Democrats comes just days before one of the country's most hotly contested Senate races, as Republican nominee Mike Rogers seeks to peel off centrist Democratic voters. El-Sayed and the more moderate Stevens offered starkly differing visions for the future of the party during the primary, and although Stevens endorsed El-Sayed after he won the nomination, the two largely haven't campaigned alongside each other.

Let’s hope Stevens issues a scathing withdrawal of her previous endorsement of El-Sayed.
If this woman had ANY integrity in her body she would give a press conference, rescind her endorsement of this Hamas loving Jew hating prick, and tell her supporters to either write in her name or vote for Mike Rogers..Obviously Sayed is telling Stevens to F off, he doesnt want anything to do with her he hates Jews, his base hates Jews, that simple..those are the “People” voting for him

No. He’s not doing that. He’s telling her not to attend rallies because every time she gets up to endorse him it’s a train wreck that makes obvious she hates him and has the end result of hurting his campaign. That’s why he’s asking her not to attend.
The other stuff is true - but not the reason he really asked her not to come. He hates alsmost everyone else, too - including Obama - but he’d do anything to have Obama do more rallies.
I think he’s afraid she’s taller than he is, and doesn’t want her standing next to him.
