Chris Christie (R) said Sunday on ABC’s “This Week” that former President Donald Trump is increasing the likelihood he would be indicted over his handling of classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago estate. Christie said, “I think these are all self-inflicted wounds by Donald Trump. And you know, one of the things that I always say to clients are, you know, don’t out loud fight with the Department of Justice. Like, you know, we’ll fight in court and do the things we need to do. He’s doing the exact opposite. His lawyers aren’t fighting any of this...

I went to my nearest Cabela's this week to do a little shopping. When I entered the store I noticed a sign at the service counter that essentially said guns entering the store must be registered at the counter. I asked if that was all guns and was told yes. I took out my conceal carry and put it on the country. Thee attendant asked me if the gun had bullets in it (DUH!). I said yes. He then told me I had to take the gun to the gun sales and have them unload it and then bring it...

The hourglass is running low on Blake Masters and his chances to reverse course in the Arizona Senate race as Sen. Mark Kelly (D) keeps up his offensive on the airwaves, leaving Republicans pessimistic and turning their attention elsewhere on the 2022 map. Masters, the Peter Thiel protégé-turned-politician, found himself on the wrong side of the multiple developments last week, headlined by the cancellation of $9.6 million worth of ads by the Senate Leadership Fund — a group backed by Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.). In addition, a new poll on Thursday commissioned by AARP showed Kelly leading by...

Representative Adam Schiff (D-CA) said Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union” that former President Donald Trump claiming a president can declassify information by thinking about it showed how dangerous he is to the national security of the United States. Last week on Fox News, Trump said, “There doesn’t have to be a process, as I understand it. You know, there’s different people who say different things. As I understand, there doesn’t have to be. If you’re the president of the United States, you can declassify just by saying, ‘It’s declassified.’ Even by thinking about it.

U.S. Congressional candidate Harriet Hageman blasted a group of Wyoming attorneys who wrote a letter threatening to file a bar complaint over her opinions about the 2020 Presidential Election. About two dozen attorneys signed the letter dated September 12th. Most are from Wyoming, eight of them from Jackson. Two are from Colorado and another from Arizona. The letter states that while Hageman’s membership in the Wyoming bar does not preclude her rights to free speech, it goes onto say that her claim that the election was “rigged” interferes with the legal process and runs afoul of Wyoming Rules and Procedures...

You’ve probably known someone in your life who was simply full of it, right? A friend of a friend or acquaintance who lied constantly, burning a lot of calories trying to convince people to believe people of something that simply wasn’t so. That is how Democrats are on almost every issue, but there’s one in particular they desperately need to fool people on not only so they can use it as a weapon, but also so they can hide the horrors their political philosophy have committed against the people unfortunate enough to live under their absolute reign. The real “big...

Hillary Clinton compared Trump supporters to nazis in yet another stab to former President Trump despite always forgetting to mention how she lost to him. Speaking at the Texas Tribune Festival in Austin, Texas, Clinton said she used to wonder how Adolf Hitler rose to power, but then realized how Trump rallies are “similar” to how nazis were courted by Hitler. “I remember as a young student, you know, trying to figure out, how people get basically brought in by Hitler. How did that happen? I'd watch newsreels and I'd see this guy standing up there ranting and raving, and...

Markets across Asia were left reeling after the US Federal Reserve on Tuesday (Sept 20) announced another sharp 75 basis point increase to its key rate, further fuelling the rise of the US dollar against regional currencies as the world’s largest economy tries to rein in runaway inflation – even at the risk of triggering a recession. The Fed projected that to achieve its goal of bringing inflation down to 2 per cent, it would have to continue to aggressively raise its rate to the 4.25-4.5 per cent range – up from the current 3-3.25 per cent band – by...

Did you see the idiotic triumphalism from Anne Applebaum in the wake of Ukraine’s recent battlefield triumphs? “It’s Time To Prepare For A Ukrainian Victory” said the headline. She wrote in the Atlantic, in part: But even though the fighting may still take many turns, the events of the past few days should force Ukraine’s allies to stop and think. A new reality has been created: The Ukrainians could win this war. Are we in the West really prepared for a Ukrainian victory? Do we know what other changes it could bring? She goes on to fantasize about Putin’s fall....
