Jason Miller, CEO of GETTR and former spokesperson and adviser for former President Donald Trump, said that Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) deceptively edited his testimony that was played during the January 6 Committee’s primetime hearing. During the committee’s primetime hearing, Cheney played a thirty-second clip of Miller’s video-recorded testimony. “In this clip, Miller describes a call between the Trump campaign’s internal data expert and President Trump a few days after the 2020 election,” Cheney said shortly before playing the clip. “I was in the Oval Office. And at some point in the conversation, Matt Oczkowski, who was the lead data...

House Just Passed New Gun Control The House of Representatives just passed major new gun control with H.R. 7910, “Protecting Our Kids Act” of 2022. This new anti-gun law has many provisions and represents some of the most major gun control that the gun-grabbers have only dreamed of. The Armed Attorneys Richard Hayes and Edwin Walker break down the new gun law that is making its way to the senate.

Geico must pay a Missouri woman $5.2 million after she caught HPV from unprotected sex with her then-boyfriend in his insured automobile, a state appellate court ruled. In an opinion published Tuesday, the Court of Appeals for the Western District of Missouri affirmed the multimillion-dollar payout against the insurance company, best known for its ubiquitous TV ads that frequently feature a talking gecko. The woman — identified in court papers only as "M.O." — said that she "engaged in unprotected sexual activities in Insured's vehicle" in November and December 2017 and that he "negligently caused or contributed to" her catching...

Thursday on CNN’s “Anderson Cooper 360,” Washington Post associate editor Bob Woodward called the House Select Committee on the January 6 riots “historic.” Cooper asked, “Was there anything really new tonight? For minds that are already made up, was there anything new that would convince people to look at this in a new light?” Woodward replied, “Oh, yes. I think what happened tonight was historic. I think it’s a brilliant, truly brilliant presentation by Benny Thompson and by Liz Cheney. Listen to the detail and the — they have it, they have it cold as best I can tell and...

We’ve been hearing an awful lot about “democracy” lately. We keep learning that it can only be promoted through the universal use of unaccountable ballot drop boxes that allow people to vote six or seven times. Congress is currently holding hearings about the grave threat to democracy presented by flyover country types wandering around the Capitol building that their tax dollars pay for. We even overthrew a popularly-elected government in Ukraine in 2014, and are trying to provoke a war with another nuclear-armed nation to keep it in power, all in the name of democracy. Of course, the commonality between...

Geico may be on the hook for a $5.2 million legal settlement after a woman alleged she contracted a sexually transmitted disease in a car insured by the company. A Missouri court on Tuesday upheld a judgment that awarded the money to the woman, who is referred to "M.O." in court documents. M.O. claimed she caught the human papillomavirus (HPV) from having sex in 2017 with a male partner in his 2014 Hyundai Genesis, which was covered by Geico, according to a 2021 complaint. The woman, who learned she was infected with HPV in 2018, claimed the man knew he...

European regulators have declared war on "fast fashion," forcing a rethink of the throwaway culture that has dominated the 21st-century clothing industry and promising to rejigger sartorial supply chains that reach deep into Asia. Proposed rules from the European Union would force companies to overhaul their clothing designs to meet a laundry list of criteria governing everything from how long a garment lasts, to how much recycled yarn it contains. The aim is to reduce the environmental impact of the industry by increasing durability. It could spell the end for low-quality synthetic fiber, shoddy sewing and other production shortcuts --...

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, who catalysed Budapest’s near-total exemption from the EU's Russian oil embargo on Thursday, opposed a similar gas ban, warning that such a move would “destroy EU’s economy.” Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjártó said in an interview with newspaper El Pais that the Hungarian-Ukrainian border will not be a place for deliveries of weapons from Europe to Kyiv.

MANILA -- The Philippines' largest call center has opted to forego tax incentives to continue its work-from-home scheme, the country's finance department said on Friday. The move by California-based Concentrix, which has 100,000 employees in the Philippines, underlines the ongoing shift in the workplace amid the coronavirus pandemic and the hard choices some companies face in the transition from at-home to on-site work. In the Philippines, business process outsourcing companies are lobbying for a permanent policy on hybrid work. Many BPO companies, whose tax perks are tied with operating on-site, are allowed to have 30% of staff work remotely until...

Ukrainian officials are concerned that Russia’s protracted war in the country – now entering its fourth month – could make Western allies tire of their steadfast support. The U.S., along with its allies, has supplied Ukraine with billions of dollars in aid and weapons to defend itself against Russian President Vladimir Putin’s invasion. European and other allied countries have taken in millions of refugees displaced in the conflict in which Russia has been accused of war crimes against civilians. The U.S. has said it's willing to accept around 100,000 refugees. And while videos and images of alleged atrocities have shocked...

IPray For The Peace of JerusalemGenesis 18The Three Visitors 18 The Lord appeared to Abraham near the great trees of Mamre while he was sitting at the entrance to his tent in the heat of the day. 2 Abraham looked up and saw three men standing nearby. When he saw them, he hurried from the entrance of his tent to meet them and bowed low to the ground. 3 He said, “If I have found favor in your eyes, my lord,[a] do not pass your servant by. 4 Let a little water be brought, and then you may all wash...

Facts don’t matter in Collaboration Theater. This week produced yet another example of the shameless collaboration between the U.S. Department of Justice, the Democratic Party, and the national news media to destroy Donald Trump and everyone around him. The ink was barely dry on the not guilty verdict for Michael Sussmann, just one of many figures who acted as a pass-through between Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign and the FBI to manufacture the Russia collusion hoax, before the same players were up to their old tricks. Members of the January 6 select committee blanketed the Sunday news programs last weekend...

The commanding general of the 10th Mountain Division wants late-night texts from leaders to subordinates to stop. “The overuse and reliance on cell phones causes unforeseen stress on soldiers and families,” reads a policy letter recently shared on Twitter by Gen. Milford H. Beagle Jr., who said it was the official cell phone policy for the division and was designed to “prevent soldiers from being led by text.” “Change is a constant around us, but not all change needs to be communicated via text, chat groups, or other messaging applications,” Beagle wrote in the letter he posted Tuesday. “The constant...

The title of this submission is actually a search request put to Google. It seems to this writer that the hearings of the Jan. 6 House Select Committee are a desperate attempt by the deep state, including Democrat officials and their media allies, to brainwash the American people into delegitimizing the Republican Party. The search request was intended to bring up like-minded commentaries. Here are the first few search results to this query: Not one of these results mentions "brainwashing." But note how the results reflect that deep state party line on the Jan. 6 hearings. What hath the Google...

The FDA has been seriously inconsistent in its actions regarding baby formula suppliers. Alexa Beichler, a mother of three boys under five in Leesburg, VA, is among the many “faces” of the national infant formula shortage. Two of her boys have classic phenylketonuria (PKU), in which they cannot process an amino acid found in protein. This means they require – for life -- the very formula Abbott Labs was making in Sturgis, MI, the plant the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) shut down leading to the current crisis. According to Beichler, the Biden administration’s "Operation Fly Formula" did not...
