House Just Passed New Gun Control
The House of Representatives just passed major new gun control with H.R. 7910, “Protecting Our Kids Act” of 2022. Provisions include regulating purchasing, age to buy, so-called “ghost guns,” building homemade firearms, undetectable firearm components, gun storage, bump stocks, and high capacity magazine (normal) restrictions. This new anti-gun law has many provisions and represents some of the most major gun control that the gun-grabbers have only dreamed of. The Armed Attorneys Richard Hayes and Edwin Walker break down the new gun law that is making its way to the senate.

After the Big Steal of 2020, now they are coming to disarm the militias. It couldn’t be clearer.
One thing they said in the video is the “weapon assembly” provision of the law is vague enough that you could get prosecuted for just disassembling/reassembling your weapon to clean it.
Look for more “emergency” nonsense to come out of the House.
After Nov, they will most likely have zero chance of getting anything pushed thru.
Coming up to a use ‘em or lose em moment. It’s a win win for the left. Americans give up their guns peacefully (disarmed populace win) or there is a large violent incident which forces FJB to declare martial law and forcibly take the guns and killing a large amount of right wing “terrorists” in the process (dead, disarmed populace win).

Under the original ban magazines over 10 round capacity were grandfathered. So naturally, there was a huge run on them prior to the ban effective date.
“Protect Our Kids” doesn’t mean hardening and placing armed guards at the schools our kids attend.
“Protect Our Kids” means punishing innocent gun owners who don’t threaten our kids.
Only in the US congress. Lying sacks of sh*t.
I’ve lived a good long life. If they come to take my gun I will shoot them.
But, but, but...Xo Xidung says this will protect us from “assault weapons” with 300 round magazines.
There are enough resources to put a gaggle of “Diversity, Inclusion, and, Equity,” administrators, tranny librarians, and ESL teachers to “educate” every third world illegal aliens’ children but not enough to put a guard and security systems.
Yep! Fully well expecting that to happen.
In CA every high school has a rubberized 1/4 mile track, lights and an announcers booth for the football field, university level gymnasiums, and solar panels over the parking lot which doubles as shade for faculty cars (so they don’t have to sit on hot seats when they leave at 3).
But no money for guards and security gates.
I should say every high school in urban and suburban areas in CA.
It will get a blizzard of legal challenges from the states.
My hope is the senate has the fallibility of a corrupted belief that they can usurp with impunity and criminality pass such an odious law in direct contravention to the Constitution.
Providing incontrovertible proof, and thereby dispelling any myth that congress is there to represent us.
Exactly my sentiments. I’m not young anymore either, I’d like to stay awhile longer, though. But not at the expense of my freedom. I have no misconceptions about winning an encounter with superior odds, but then, again, the first mouse does not get the cheese.
It does seem like the Left is getting giddy.
