"This year, I'm going all out with a Zoom party with no more than five of...

A judge has temporarily blocked Los Angeles County George Gascón's efforts to do away with certain sentencing enhancements, after his own prosecutors sued him, claiming he was ignoring the law. The directives forbade prosecutors from seeking longer sentences for repeat offenders under the state's Three Strikes Law, as well as in several other types of cases. The Association of Deputy District Attorneys for Los Angeles County (ADDA) brought a lawsuit against him, and Judge James Chalfant granted their request for a preliminary injunction, allowing certain sentencing enhancements to continue for the duration of the case.

Last week I told you about former teen and current gun-grabber David Hogg starting his own pillow company to take down My Pillow founder Mike Lindell. You can almost see the cartoon thought-balloon over Hogg’s adorable little head: “Hey, if a crazy crackhead can become a multimillionaire by making pillows, how tough can it be?” Unfortunately, young Mr. Hogg is quickly discovering exactly how tough it can be. And thanks to the modern miracle of Twitter, we can watch him sink into a pit of disillusioned despair in real-time.

An extensive correspondence, which WELT AM SONNTAG has, shows: In the first high phase of the pandemic, the house of Interior Minister Horst Seehofer acted on researchers. Thereupon they provided results for a dramatic "secret paper" of the ministry. The Federal Ministry of the Interior engaged scientists from several research institutes and universities for political purposes in the first wave of the corona pandemic in March 2020. It commissioned the researchers from the Robert Koch Institute and other institutions to create a calculation model on the basis of which the Ministry of the Interior, Horst Seehofer (CSU), wanted to justify...

The new congress women from Georgia, Marjorie Taylor Green perfectly sums up the Democrats’ Impeachment charade in one Tweet. “This impeachment trial is circus for the Democrat media mob to entertain the masses that they have brainwashed and addicted to hate, so they don’t see the Dem policies being rapidly forced into place that are destroying our lives, stealing our freedoms and putting America last.” She sums it up perfectly. Interestingly Politico is picking up on a fear amid the GOPe (establishment) that President Trump will likely not only survive the second insufferable impeachment effort, but he is likely to exit stronger than ever…. and that means retaliation against the DeceptiCon class of republicans. This is the blind spot of the UniParty, their inability to see that smart Americans have identified their motives and are prepared to destroy them. This is the aspect CTH warned about the day after the November election. The GOPe is so fraught with elitist perspectives, it continues to assemble as a hopeless echo-chamber, and they...
