DeceptiCons Perplexed, President Trump Support Not Waning – Retribution to GOP Increasingly Likely
Conservative Treehouse ^ | 2/9/2021 | sundance

Interestingly Politico is picking up on a fear amid the GOPe (establishment) that President Trump will likely not only survive the second insufferable impeachment effort, but he is likely to exit stronger than ever…. and that means retaliation against the DeceptiCon class of republicans.

This is the blind spot of the UniParty, their inability to see that smart Americans have identified their motives and are prepared to destroy them.

This is the aspect CTH warned about the day after the November election. The GOPe is so fraught with elitist perspectives, it continues to assemble as a hopeless echo-chamber, and they never see what is happening at the grassroots level in Middle-America.

(Via Politico) […] Not even Trump’s closest allies can believe the turn in fortunes. “He’s Teflon, right. It’s been a month since the Capitol riot and I would say, for the most part, the GOP has coalesced back behind him,” said a former Trump campaign official.

[…] Already, Trump aides contend, the impeachment process has proved beneficial to the ex-president — exposing disloyalty within the party’s ranks and igniting grassroots backlash against Republicans who have attempted to nudge the GOP base away from Trump. Nebraska Sen. Ben Sasse spent last week fending off constituent criticisms and censures from state party officials after he compared Trumpism to “a civic cancer for the nation.” And Trump’s allies believe the ex-president’s impending impeachment trial will further illuminate who the turncoats are.

“It’s going to help expose more bad apples that he can primary if any senators vote to convict,” added the former campaign official.

While ensconced at his Mar-a-Lago club in Palm Beach, Trump has remained in touch with political allies and advisers. But he has intentionally kept a low profile, something that will likely continue this week.

A[…] ides expect that to change once the trial wraps up though, with Trump gradually reemerging in public and turning his attention toward seeking revenge against Republicans who, he believes, crossed him after he left office.

The format in which he pursues retribution is less clear. (read more)

If President Trump takes the MAGA army into a new political party of his choosing, that new party is structurally set to lay waste to any candidate within both wings of the Democrat and Republican assembly. A Trump inspired political party can wipe out the illusion of the Democrat/Republican two-party system; specifically because much of the Trump movement consists of former democrats and brand new voters.

The MAGA coalition is the most diverse, widest and deepest part of the entire American electorate. President Trump’s army consists of every creed, color, race, gender, ethnicity and orientation. It is a truly color-blind coalition of middle America patriots and middle-class voters that cuts through the political special interest groups.

Quite simply Trump’s MAGA army is the ultimate political splitter party.

Additionally, no republican will ever hold office in the next decade without the blessing of President Trump; and President Trump could will not lay waste to the system if the GOP acquiesces to the transparent fraud that exists behind the Biden-Harris sham.

Beyond the politics… this 75 million vote assembly are consumers of products, goods and services generated by the same elites that hold them in contempt. If President Trump transfers and directs that energy, entities and even entire industries can be wiped out.

There is no precedent here. Seventy-five million angry Americans resolved to a common objective is not something to be trifled with.

We do not yet know where this current political crisis and ongoing battle is going to end; but we do know that 75,000,000 Americans will not accept the outcome of a political process transparently filled with fraud and manipulation. That makes President Trump a very dangerous entity to the DC system, regardless of whether they admit what surrounds them.

There is no reference point for 75 million Americans being disenfranchised by Wall Street, bribery, corporations, media and big tech. That 75 million person army is fuel for a stunning and cataclysmic shift in the American landscape.

you are dumb and follow this bunch who know not where success is,... sheep to the slaughter.

‘’’’ why would we leave Trump? to be like you and live in foolheartedly corruption.’’’

Good point.

Thus far the GOP has done nothing to warm the hearts of the 75 million who voted for Trump.

Instead, the GOP have stonewalled any investigation into voter fraud and the GOP House failed to remove Liz Cheney from her leadership position in the HOuse.

So is the next thing for the GOP other than voting to convict Trump in the phony impeachment trial?

The establishment faces a crushing truth.

There is a new litmus test.

Used to be the litmus test for conservative would be lower taxes, support commerce (which meant cheap immigrant labor), huge funding for the military and maybe as an aside, pro Life and pro guns.

Conservative is now Build The Wall, Drain the Swamp, End the Endless Wars, America First in All Things, Pro Life and Pro Guns.

What is going to crush them is every single item is litmus test. Anyone who doesn’t swear on the Build The Wall and Drain The Swamp bible will be removed. It would be the same as making some comment about Big Tent allows Pro Choice. No. It doesn’t. You sign on or YOU ARE NOT CONSERVATIVE>

One thought I considered a few years back, pre Trump. I fely that the Occupy movement actually had some common ground with the Tea Party were there a personality who both understood that and had the wherewtihall to act on it. I think Trump has moved a bit in that direction. Inroads into Black and Latino voters is a start. Wall Street is not an ally of Trump, more an adversary. Trump’s Populism can reach right and left

Here’s the biggest disgrace I’ve come across in the last couple of weeks:

After the House Republicans voted in secret to keep Lizard Cheney in her leadership post despite her vote to impeach President Trump, the RNC actually has the tone-deaf audacity to send me e-mail solicitations for contributions to help them “help President Trump fight back against the Democratic impeachment.”

Who’s the moron who came up with this brilliant idea for a fundraising campaign?

A reality check on that 75 million. It includes non-Trump supporting Republicans who voted Republican, not really for Trump. Who would go to a new Trump party? 25 million, 50 million? And would Trump undermine it with the likes of Lyn’ Ted or leave these losers out?

Like you said. We really do not know how many would switch.

My guess is that with the “I”s and “R”s who are sick of this BS, there would be a minority of “D”s who are fence sitters who would jump the wagon also.

I would wager around 50 million.

BTW, one good test would be in 2022 to run candidates in the local and state elections as well as some Federal House elections.

More votes were for Trump than just a plain old republican. Trump grows more popular each day.

Some important steps I want to see.

1) stand up alternative platforms outside the control of Big Tech.

2) Build “the stack”. Servers, domain registries, accountants, lawyers, banks - the full panoply of business services - who will not bow to Big Tech or their Leftist cohorts. Many of these already exist but need to be organized. Any gaps here need to be filled. The ability of Big Tech and the Corporate Media to cripple competitors must be taken away from them.

3) Either get OANN and Newsmax into more homes and on more cable packages or start up a news network to provide the Populist-Patriot narrative and to counter the narrative of the corporate media.

4) Establish a Trump PAC we can contribute to.

5) Establish a list of candidates for us to support. Rather than having a bunch of candidates fight it out and allowing the RINO currently in office to benefit from that, careful vet and select the candidates for Trump to endorse so that we can coalesce around that candidate from the start.

6) make Election Integrity a major theme. Its popular across the political spectrum. Its popular with Blacks thus making it difficult for Democrats to claim having election integrity is somehow “racist”. Even in places where we can’t get it done due to a Democrat governor for example, make them publicly oppose it.

If Trump’s MAGA Party takes republicans seats, can’t the two parties govern with a coalition? The democrats have 48 senators and are doing great. Trump is the very last hope we have. He should go full bore MAGA Party. If he destroys the Republican Party, he destroys the Uniparty and swamp as well.

While I do like the tone of the article, I'd like to know
how this person came up with the idea the Republicans fell
back behind Trump on the impeachment.

One of them voted to impeach him. Others defended that
person. The leadership broke up an effort to remove this
person from their committee appointments.

That's hardly falling in behind Trump. It's falling in
behind the GOPe, that would love to see Trump convicted.

Sounds like this writer is carrying a bit too much water
for the RNC GOPe. I'm not buying it.

The GOP agenda is the opposite of MAGA.

For 30 years they have been trying to turn the USA into North Mexico (and succeeding).
They have now intentionally imported a permanent Democrat majority and want to amnesty them.

They assisted in the violation of our Constitution that was the Kenyanesian Usurpation and that lead directly to spying on our candidate and President, attempting to frame him and when that all failed, they colluded with Democrats to cheat him out of office.

145 House members voted to retain Liz Cheney in leadership.
They reaffirmed their commitment to the Bush Plan for North Mexico and their repudiation of MAGA.

Trump exposed them all. Republicans voted loyally for decades, and now it is clear what the problem was.
