ANTIOCH, Ill. — A judge on Thursday will decide whether accused Kenosha protest shooter Kyle Rittenhouse should be arrested again.

Prosecutors said he gave the court an address where he no longer lives.

If they need to contact him, and he doesn’t comply with a

They didn’t say he had been dodging them. They just want

At the first shooting, there was a known travelling AntiFa goon (from Portland? IIRC) who fired the first shot. That sound made Kyle turn, at which time he sees pedo dude bearing down on him at close range, and Kyle takes him out.

A short time later, Kyle “disarms” the guy who was trying to shoot Kyle with a pistol. In between, he took out skateboard dude. Never bring a skateboard to a gun fight is the lesson there.

This kid is going to have to win on appeal and then sue the State of Wisconsin. Kenosha has a very liberal major and prosecutor. They know this case would likely die in the Wisconsin Supreme Court they do not care they want to punish the kid for fighting back.

Rittenhouse's attorney, Mark Richards, countered in his own motion Wednesday that death threats have driven Rittenhouse into an "undisclosed Safe House.” Richards said he offered to give prosecutors the new address in November if they would keep it secret but they refused. He said Rittenhouse has stayed in constant contact with him.

The prosecutor admits the people that moved into the apartment are in danger because the address is known but objects to keeping Rittenhouse’s sealed because he wants him to be in danger.
