Fellow Americans, there comes a time every mans life when we must give up ourselves before we are worthy to recieve. There comes a time in this war on terror when in order to protect liberty, we have to give it up in the mean time for safty. That's right folks. Today, Americans have forsaken the creator for the creation and have decided that they would value our "civil liberties" than protecting western civilization and rich white people from the tender mercies of radical Islamic terrorists. Selfish liberals insist and whine that Bush has no right to spy on Americans and ban certain undesirables from using our airlines. They demand the right to criticize and blaspheeme the name of our supreme commander and cheef George W Bush while forcing multiculturalism down our throats and praising Bill Clinton. We all know however that it's totally Clintons fult for everything bad in america. Now we are at war and we must make a decision. support the safty of America and defeat terrorists, or support civil liberties and give victory to the enemy. Its all because of Bill Clinton and civil liberties that we are in this war so it is only fair that we give it up. no one said life was supposed to be fair you liberal crybabys. Dont give me that rubbish about equality and diversity. WE ARE AT WAR! If your not for Bush and against civil liberties your a terrorist! Your probably even a Communist and should be detained. Therefore fellow Americans we must throw all of our trust and resources behind George W Bush and behind this war with no ifs ands or buts. Be sure to report any and all detractors and freedom supporters to your local military and never question. Bush knows what hes doing and we will win this war once and for all. Nothing but nursing, and no, I'm not sure that what I'm eating is the problem. It could be the cold or allergy, whatever's making his nose so stuffy. Or it could just be nature. IIRC, they get used to being gassy, eventually, and stop complaining so much ... I just have to wait for "eventually" to arrive. He's only 3 weeks old, after all!

I am of the same opinion re: Secundus. Otoh, all of Primus' recorded times are pre-op, so we have no real idea of what his times are now. We'll see.

Hmmm....I was just wondering if he was being supplemented. Have you changed brands of foods in the past two weeks (or has someone done it for you while food shopping)? Have you stopped eating something that you were eating before the gassy troubles started? Trying to rule out other factors. I'd rather that neither of you have to get used to gassiness.

Nope, just caught KP's reference.

I can't think of anything I changed in my diet when he started getting so gassy. Der Prinz had been putting garlic and other stuff in the food, so I stopped eating that. I'm eliminating my glass of wine with supper; we'll see if that helps. I've started eating after everyone else is done, in case the noise and confusion is causing indigestion.

As a last resort, there's the anti-gas drops!

Good morning to you... (it's Monday evening here, as I write this.)

I'm getting VERY excited at the prospect of seeing my man again - he's been in New York for over five weeks, and I've missed him terribly. His flight gets in at 7.45am local (Brisbane) time, Wednesday morning... just two more "sleeps" to go! (Mind you, I doubt I'll get much sleep tomorrow night. I'm counting the hours already. Less than 36 hours until we're in each others' arms!

Of course, if you'd told me a year ago that I'd be engaged to be married to an American, I'd have laughed. I'd pretty much sworn off men for good, after my fair share of heartbreaks and then some. And I'd especially said to myself, "No more Americans" (my first husband, an ex-FReeper, killed himself some two-and-a-bit years ago).

There's just no arguing with Fate - and True Love - though, is there? Even if these powers find me in some mighty weird places, at times!

New York has improved quite a lot, you know,
Although hearts can still get in the way.

But everything’s going to be better now,

I know about your dark side -- beats me why you need one since you're on the flip side of the world anyway. I might try to go through some of it, but I think you know that's not my cup of tea.

That's about as dark as I get, but short stories seem to bring that out.
