After a relatively disciplined campaign launch, Kamala Harris continues to prove that she is indeed still Kamala Harris. The picking of Tim Walz to be her running mate was a reminder that despite the full-court press to pretend she's a great politician, she's just not. That's been largely hidden because the mainstream media have not only sung her praises, but they've sat by as Harris has refused to answer a single question regarding her run for the presidency. All the backroom dealings and throwing out of primary votes that got her to this point might as well not exist. Still,...

AT A MINUTE before 5 a.m. on April 27, ABC News’ James Gordon Meek fired off a tweet with a single word: “FACTS.” The network’s national-security investigative producer was responding to former CIA agent Marc Polymeropoulos’ take that the Ukrainian military — with assistance from the U.S. — was thriving against Russian forces. Polymeropoulos’ tweet — filled with acronyms indecipherable to the layperson, like “TTPs,” “UW,” and “EW” — was itself a reply to a missive from Washington Post Pentagon reporter Dan Lamothe, who noted the wealth of information the U.S. military had gathered about Russian ops by observing their...

This is the shocking moment a pro-Palestine activist let dozens of mice douse in red, green, white and black paint, were let loose in a McDonald's restaurant in Birmingham, terrifying customers. Footage shared on social media showed a man holding to fake number plates that read 'PAIISTN' and 'Free Palestine' as he arrived in his car at the chain's Star City restaurant yesterday. The man, wearing a Palestinian flag around his head, then opens the boot of his car and grabs the huge box of rodents, before walking into the fast food restaurant and flinging the Palestinian-flag coloured mice on...

Incumbent Ken Paxton-8 years in office. Shouldn't he move on to something else? George P's a Trump supporter who went against the entire Bush klan without disowning them. Too many here see him as the family scapegoat. He's been a loyal republican who didn't support Hillary. The left calls us all haters and I can see an element of it here. He'd do well at the job and the case can be made for a change based on party health alone.

SINGAPORE/SHANGHAI, Sept 14 (Reuters) - China Evergrande is teetering between a messy meltdown with far-reaching impacts, a managed collapse or the less likely prospect of a bailout by Beijing for what was once the country's top-selling property developer. Founded in Guangzhou in 1996, Evergrande has epitomized China's freewheeling era of borrowing and building, but with liabilities of nearly two trillion yuan ($305 billion) its possible collapse looms as one of China's largest for years. Debt and land-buying curbs and hundreds of new rules have been imposed on Chinese developers over recent years as part of a push to cut financial...

Cases of plague have been confirmed in animals and fleas in six counties in Colorado — including where a 10-year-old girl died earlier this month after suffering plague-like symptoms, according to a report. Lab tests confirmed the disease in fleas in La Plata County, where the tragic girl lived, according to CBS 4 Denver. Plague was also detected in San Miguel, El Paso, Boulder, Huerfano and Adams counties, a spokeswoman for the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment told the outlet.

The Texas bar association is investigating whether state Attorney General Ken Paxton's failed efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election based on bogus claims of fraud amounted to professional misconduct. The State Bar of Texas initially declined to take up a Democratic Party activist's complaint that Paxton's petitioning of the U.S. Supreme Court to block Joe Biden’s victory was frivolous and unethical. But a tribunal that oversees grievances against lawyers overturned that decision late last month and ordered the bar to look into the accusations against the Republican official. It makes Paxton one of the highest profile lawyers to face...

With more than 208,000 Americans dead from the novel coronavirus, it was already apparent that Donald Trump had failed the country. With his positive diagnosis, it’s now clear that he even failed himself. See this with clear eyes: Our nation’s commander-in-chief is presently in isolation by way of his incompetence, paranoia, and denialism. This is not an accident. Unlike untold numbers of Americans, such as medical workers and first responders, who have contracted the deadly virus despite taking precautious, President Trump ignored science and prudence and commonsense. He taunted medical fate. Trump and his White House staff have ignored the...

People look at the Jacob Blake incident and want to immediately condemn the police. They want to play the “what if” game and label all police part of a systemic problem that is predisposed to targeting communities of color, when in fact they should be the ones looking in the mirror. The Left has, time and again, removed the tools of policing that not only creates an atmosphere for a Jacob Blake incident; it all but guarantees it. Today’s politicians and anti-police rhetoric have enabled criminals to disobey direct verbal commands from law enforcement, emboldening criminals not to comply with...

Church of England: If one spouse ‘transitions,’ we’ll recognize it as same-sex ‘marriage’ NGLAND, July 8, 2019 (LifeSiteNews) — Controversy has erupted over the Church of England announcing that it will recognize same-sex “marriages” in limited circumstances, specifically when one member of a natural marriage claims to have “transitioned” to the same sex as his spouse. On Friday, the church published answers to more than 100 questions ahead of its General Synod to decide the church’s position on various doctrinal and theological subjects, Christian Today reports. “Given that the Church of England’s teaching about marriage is that it is a...

The only thing I'd change about my campaign? I'd win! Defiant Hillary defends her failed run for President saying she was subjected to 'unfair criticism' because she's a woman Hillary Clinton has returned to Wellesley College, where she studied in the 1960s Asked by a sophomore how she'd have changed campaign she quipped: 'I'd win' Claimed she was the victim of sexist treatment during the election campaign Three months after losing to Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton is still struggling to come to terms with her defeat but at least she can laugh about it now. She was invited to her...

I haven't seen this mentioned anywhere, so thought I'd remind one and all. At the second Trump-Clinton debate, Anderson Cooper was a moderator. Trump missed a golden opportunity to really take one to the media. The liberal media is having a ball with Trump's use of the "P" word. But Anderson Cooper had his "P" moment too on live television. I would have loved to see Anderson's face and the media reaction had Trump reminded the national audience that in 2013 during the New Year's Eve countdown in Times Square on CNN, Kathy Griffin ( not Kathy Lee Griffin )...

After ascertaining there was no driver in the back of the vehicle, I waited ten mintes while calling the P,O,...to no avail. The driver as it turns out.. was in the local grocery store shopping. On his return to the vehicle,...I asked him about leaving the mail accessible and unattended. He shrugged it off. His nonchalance was a tad premature.. as is have photos of his unattended U,S,P,S, vehicle. Local law enforcement says they don't have jurisdiction. Well,.....at least he won't be delivering any vulnerable mail...

An athletic club in southern Sweden has come under fire for a coach's use of sexually suggestive materials known as "Hot babes of the defence" to aid the training of a team of 14-year-old boys. The controversial materials employ defence strategies referred to as ”Petra”, ”Jennifer” and ”Sofia”, and were devised by the coach to show the players on a boy's floorball team within the Engelholms FBC athletic club how to play in various circumstances. The strategies go under the name ”Hot babes on defence” (Snygga brudar i försvaret), according to reporters at the publication Feministiskt Perspektiv (FP), who have...

PORTLAND, Ore.- The head of the Portland Water Bureau said he decided to drain 7.8 million gallons of drinking water from an Oregon reservoir after a man urinated in it. David Shaff, administrator of the bureau, said he decided to have the water drained after security cameras recorded a 21-year-old man, Joshua Seater of Molalla, urinating Wednesday into the Mount Tabor reservoir, which supplies drinking water to much of Portland, Portland cable news network NWCN reported Thursday. "I had a pleasant buzz and I should have known better," NWCN quoted Seater as saying. "It was a split second thing and...
