What hospital calamity in New york? I guess I missed that.
What New York hospital calamity are you referring to? I didnt see it.
Death rate of 7% suggests their actual case count is at least 20 times higher than counted.
The Deaths/Cases numbers speak for themselves. These are numbers for entire states, so New York City’s Deaths/Cases numbers are way higher still.
So, if a million residents of NYC die, there will be a plethora of rent controlled apartments available. Landlords will no longer be able to gouge people for rent.

I’ll grant that case counts are much higher than cited. However, look at who gets tested, it mostly includes people who have symptoms, including people needing hospitalization. This means that these deaths/cases numbers would be a better reflection of a hospital system’s response than the actual deaths/cases number would reflect.
Yep, and with new drywall the new renters might not even be able to smell the bodies.
