Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer admitted over the weekend that Democrat leadership in the state imposed more COVID-19 lockdown measures than were actually needed. In April 2020, Whitmer issued an executive order that barred most stores from selling gardening supplies, including seeds and plants, to Americans growing their own fruits and vegetables. In a sit-down with CNN’s Chris Wallace on March 12, Whitmer was asked about Michigan’s tough lockdown policies, which were some of the nation’s most strict. “There were moments where, you know, we had to make some decisions that in retrospect don’t make a lot of sense, right? If...

Never Trumper Bill Kristol called on Republican voters to support Democrat politicians “for a while,” and said he would support a 2024 presidential ticket led by Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer. Kristol over the weekend addressed a crowd of disillusioned Republicans about the need to get rid of “Trump Republicans” from the party. “It turns out that once you let the toothpaste out of the tube, so to speak, demagoguery and bigotry and all that, some people like it. It’s hard to get it back,” Kristol said. “You can’t just give them a lecture.”

Two years ago, a slate of radical democratic socialists shocked the state of Nevada by winning all but one of the party leadership positions. In response, every paid staffer who worked for the Democratic Party resigned. Judith Whitmer became chairman of the party, and the civil war was on.The embittered establishment Democrats led by the remnants of the Harry Reid coalition formed an opposition party to the regular Democrats. Reid, the former Senate Majority Leader, almost singlehandedly turned Nevada from a reliable red state during the 1970s and ’80s to a swing state. The socialists won thanks to some radical union...

More than two years after the alleged plot to kidnap Gov. Gretchen Whitmer was foiled, criminal cases against alleged perpetrators are still working their way through the court system. The Antrim County County Circuit Court has approved two motions from the state in the trial of five alleged co-conspirators charged with providing material support in the plot to kidnap Whitmer. Judge Kevin A. Elsenheimer approved the motions on Wednesday, which asked that the cases be joined for trial and that the court allow the admission of co-conspirator statements. The federal government foiled the plot in October 2020, calling it the...

Governor Gretchen Whitmer (D-MI) said Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union” that Gov. Ron DeSantis’ governing style was “incredibly destructive.” Anchor Jake Tapper said, “Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, your gubernatorial colleague, is widely expected to run for president in 2024. Like you, he won re-election last year by double digits in a state that in the past has have been very competitive. He’s increasingly leaning into some hot-button cultural issues, education, racial issues. Do you think that he poses a real threat to Democrats if he ends up being the Republican nominee?” Whitmer said, “I don’t really know Ron...

The U.S. government claims it foiled the Wolverine Watchmen militia’s conspiracy to kidnap Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer thanks to Army veteran Dan Chappel, an FBI informant who purportedly prompted the bureau’s investigation when he notified law enforcement about the Watchmen’s violent online rhetoric in March 2020. However, Headline USA has learned that another key FBI informant involved in the Whitmer kidnap sting operation, Stephen Robeson, was embedded in the midwestern militia movement since at least 2019. Moreover, Robeson apparently had a relationship with one of the alleged plotters dating back to January 2020—months before Chappel purportedly discovered the Watchmen and...

Last night in the 2022 Midterms the infamous “Drop and Roll” occurred in the Michigan Governor race just like it happened in the 2020 Presidential Election. In the Drop and Roll incidents identified in the 2020 election, we found that at around the point where 90% of the expected ballots were returned, a large batch of ballots was “dropped” with nearly every ballot for Joe Biden. These batches were as large as 330,000 ballots for Biden in Virginia in one single drop. The ballot drops were never questioned or challenged by Republican officials. Then after that point, nearly all of...

DETROIT (LifeSiteNews) — Leftist Gov. Gretchen Whitmer handily won reelection Tuesday in the state of Michigan with a resounding victory over her Trump-endorsed Republican challenger Tudor Dixon by a margin of 54-44%. She was joined in her win by Attorney General Dana Nessel and Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, both of whom are pro-LGBT extremists. “As we think about the historic nature of yesterday, we know that this is a moment where people have reaffirmed that focusing on the fundamentals, building a Michigan where every person can get ahead is what really matters right now more than ever,” Whitmer claimed...

Multiple sources provided The Gateway Pundit with reports of suspicious activity at numerous locations in Detroit, Michigan prior to the 2022 midterm elections. Here is what we heard– Our sources have witnessed suspicious activities in Detroit for several days now. Over the weekend, concerned citizens, driving in two cars, followed a Penske rental truck from the Detroit Department of Elections to a non-descript, one-story warehouse in southwest Detroit. The truck ran at least one red light, possibly related to an attempt to shake the followers. Once there, the citizens initiated a round-the-clock vigil that, at press time, is still ongoing...

Citing a technical difficulty, Michigan governor Gretchen Whitmer on Monday bailed on a live television interview immediately after the host asked a question about the Democrat's pandemic record. "Do you have any regrets," the Fox 2 Detroit anchor asked Whitmer, who in response stared blankly into the camera. The governor then asked someone off-camera if she botched the audio by moving her AirPod, to which the person replied, "It's okay." Whitmer, who frequently disobeyed her own COVID-19 rules, lied about the number of deaths in Michigan nursing homes after she required facilities to take patients who tested positive for coronavirus....

Gretchen Whitmer, the Democrat governor of Michigan, has attempted to whitewash her policy that put Covid-19 patients in nursing homes. Whitmer was one of several Democrat governors who implemented this plan, as did Pennsylvania’s Tom Wolf and New York’s disgraced former governor Andrew Cuomo. The plan led to higher death rates in states that followed this policy, while Whitmer’s Administration has specifically been accused of covering up deaths. When asked if she regretted her decision regarding nursing home policy, she blamed her Republican opponent Tudor Dixon for spreading lies. “My opponent continues to tell people that nursing homes were forced...

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Less than two weeks before the U.S. midterm elections, with Democrats on verge of losing their razor-thin majority in Congress, the party is asking former President Barack Obama to perform some late-game heroics - or at least help limit their losses. With Biden’s approval among voters hovering at 39% according to the latest Reuters/Ipsos poll, it is the former president, who is assuming the role as the party’s closer in the final days. “He's probably a better ambassador for swing-state Democrats than Biden is, since he's more popular - especially in the competitive states - and less...

Republican Congressman Ralph Norman declared Wednesday that everyone knows Joe Biden isn’t in charge of anything, and that in reality there is a secretive cabal of elitists that are running America. Appearing on Real America’s Voice, Norman was asked about the possibility of impeaching Biden over wide open borders. “[We’ll] subpoena as many people as we can,” the South Carolina Rep. said, adding “We’re gonna hopefully have consequences starting with [Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro] Mayorkas, [Christopher] Wray with the FBI. I mean, a whole host of things.” Norman further urged, “look who is behind [Biden], Kamala Harris… she may speak...
