A grand jury has refused to indict several former military and intelligence lawmakers who made a video urging military members to disobey illegal orders, according to multiple reports. The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, under Jeanine Pirro, sought an indictment related to a video featuring six U.S. lawmakers, including Sens. Elissa Slotkin (D-MI) and Mark Kelly (D-AZ). It was not immediately clear which of the lawmakers were targeted in the failed indictment, according to the New York Times and NBC News.

Chad Mizelle, a former chief of staff to Attorney General Pam Bondi, hung an online help wanted sign for federal prosecutors last weekend that perhaps explained why so many valuable Justice Department staff members have left, and why so few candidates want in.Assistant U.S. attorneys are not typically recruited, as Mr. Mizelle sought to do, by a former federal employee who asks potential candidates to send a private message to his X account. Nor have they been asked in the past to prove political or ideological fealty.“If you are a lawyer, are interested in being an AUSA, and support President...

More than 900 Google workers have signed an open letter condemning recent actions by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Customs and Border Protection (CBP), urging the tech giant to disclose its dealings with the agencies and divest from them. The letter, citing recent ICE killings of Keith Porter, Renee Good, and Alex Pretti, said that the employees are “appalled by the violence” and “horrified” by Google’s part in it. “Google is powering this campaign of surveillance, violence, and repression,” the letter reads. It goes on to cite that Google Cloud is aiding CBP surveillance and powering Palantir’s ImmigrationOS...

With former intelligence officials warning of 1,000 Chinese spies for every ten from the West, reports of 1,200 Chinese spies embedded in Australia, and Chinese spies being “everywhere” in the U.K., China is very busy trying to push its will and policies on the world—which brings me to Minnesota.AdvertisementIf the agitators in Minnesota are merely protesting removal of U.S. criminal illegal aliens, doesn’t it seem odd that BreakThrough News, a “nonprofit” propaganda arm of the People’s Forum, would circulate a video showing the struggle between federal agents and an armed Alex Pretti, alongside a call to support the People’s Republic...

As the Trump administration’s aggressive immigration crackdown has swept across the U.S., countless people have been documenting federal agents’ actions, warning neighbors of their whereabouts with whistles and car horns, and uploading videos of encounters to social media. Two people who have been on the front lines are Ben and Sam Luhmann, a pair of homeschooled teenage brothers from the Chicago area. They kicked off their work as so-called ICE watchers when “Operation Midway Blitz” began in the Chicago region back in September, and most recently were on the ground in Minnesota documenting immigration enforcement actions in the Twin Cities....

"No work, no school, no shopping." Anti-ICE efforts continue to ramp up Minneapolis, coordinated by a coalition of socialists, communists, and labor unions. The planned shutdown was announced early last week — "ICE Out of MN: Day of Truth and Freedom" — include plans for a large-scale march in...

OK, for those Minnesota Freepers, here is a list of all the businesses in Minneapolis-St Paul who are closing in support with and "solidarity" with the ICE Out protests. Many of these are one-offs, just the kind of business that you'd expect to find on the list. There other some other more well-known ones such as Surly Brewing, Half Price Books and the Minneapolis Institute of Arts. Until recently, I lived in the Twin Cities and I've never heard of a good number of these places. Frankly, I hope they lose money, have their furnaces go out or water pipes...

A far-left agitator who stormed a St. Paul church and harassed parishioners on Sunday is now taunting the DOJ and challenging federal prosecutors to come and get him. William Kelly, a well-known leftist agitator, charged into Cities Church on Sunday as Don Lemon livestreamed the crime. Kelly got in the face of parishioners on Sunday. He later compared storming the church to Jesus flipping over tables in the Temple. Worshippers and children were absolutely terrified as William Kelly, BLM activist Nikema Armstrong and Don Lemon interrupted the service and shouted down the pastor. US Attorney General Pam Bondi said the...

BERLIN (AP) — The eight European countries targeted by U.S. President Donald Trump for a 10% tariff for opposing American control of Greenland blasted the move Sunday, warning that his threats “undermine transatlantic relations and risk a dangerous downward spiral.”The joint statement by some of America’s closest allies signaled a possible turning point in the recent tensions over sovereignty and security nearly 24 hours after Trump’s threat. It was also the most forceful rebuke of Trump from the European allies since he returned to the White House almost a year ago. In recent months, Europeans have mostly opted for diplomacy and...

President Donald Trump has told his national security team that he would want any U.S. military action in Iran to deliver a swift and decisive blow to the regime and not spark a sustained war that dragged on for weeks or months, according to a U.S. official, two people familiar with the discussions and a person close to the White House. “If he does something, he wants it to be definitive,” one of the people familiar with the discussions said. But Trump’s advisers have so far not been able to guarantee to him that the regime would quickly collapse after...

ICE out!” the mob of Somali protestors shouted. Ice agents deployed tear gas to disperse the protestors after they blocked their vehicles from exiting the parking lot. Democrat State Senator Aric Putnam was spotted amid the chaos trying to act like a barrier between the protestors and federal agents. “Don’t...

The Minnesota ICE Watch group of which slain Minneapolis protester Renee Good was a member shared a detailed manual providing instructions on fighting police officers to free arrested radicals from their grasp, comparing each “de-arrest” to a “micro-intifada.” The “de-arrest primer” manual was reposted on Instagram in June by MN ICE Watch, part of a loose collective of agitators who teach members how to disrupt law enforcement officers performing their duties, including ICE agents. Neighbors have told The Post that Renee Good had regularly attended meetings with the local chapter and had received “thorough training” from the group. The manual...
