HENDERSON, Texas — Timothy Michael Randall was on the phone with his mother when a police car pulled up behind his Nissan Altima with its lights flashing. It was just after 12:30 a.m. on Sept. 14, 2022, and Randall was heading to his cousin’s house after a night out. “He had called to let me know that he was going to be home a few minutes later,” Randall’s mother, Wendy Tippitt, recalled. “So I wouldn’t worry.” Randall, 29, pulled over and hung up with his mom. Sgt. Shane Iversen of the Rusk County Sheriff’s Office walked up to the Altima...

It's a religion. Always was. “George Floyd died for each and every one of us. He was God’s chosen vessel.” Things get weird at ASU as they unveil an exhibit in Floyd’s memory. Oh Praise Thee, Most Holy Floyd, Patron Saint of Fentanyl! In the past, godly men and women were chosen to be honored by church leaders for their close walk with Jesus Christ. They healed the sick, defied tyrants, modeled virtue, traveled over land and sea to reach the lost, and helped the poor and oppressed. But today, in the Year of Our Floyd 4, we honor violent...

By now we’re all painfully aware of how LGBT activists insist on having about 500 days on the calendar to celebrate themselves, from International Pronouns Day to Pride Month to the Transgender Day of Remembrance to my personal favorite, Gay Uncles Day. There’s clearly something pathological about all of this. But it’s also strategic at the same time. Leftists understand that to win, they have to completely flood the zone with their propaganda. They don’t want anyone have any kind of reprieve from it, even for a single day. Unfortunately, as mind-numbing as this tactic is, it’s also effective —...

Furious BLM activists have clashed with cops outside a Chicago police station after a video was released showing a deadly officer-involved shooting of a black man. Dexter Reed, 26, was killed during a traffic stop which erupted into a huge shootout also injuring an officer and which cops say Reed started. On Tuesday, Chicago Police released footage of the March 21 encounter which showed them firing 96 shots at Reed, even as he lay motionless on the ground outside his vehicle. The aspiring broadcaster's death has reignited conversations around excessive police force against black people, though officers maintain Reed opened...

Horrifying bodycam video shows the moment a Denver cop fatally shot a man pretending to lunge at her with a knife — as a young child stands in the line of fire, just feet away. The recently released footage shows officers repeatedly yelling at Brandon Cole, 36, as he pretends to have a weapon, which later turned out to be a black marker. The deadly confrontation was watched by Cole’s wife and son, as well as an unconnected woman and child who walk right by the female officer pointing her weapon at the suspect and yelling at him to show...

A fundraiser for a French policeman who 'executed' a teenager during a traffic stop has reached more than €1million (almost £900,000) - dwarfing the €189,000 donated to the victim's devastated family. Nationwide riots were sparked after the cop shot Nahel Merzouk, a 17-year-old with an Algerian background, at point blank in the Paris suburb of Nanterre on Tuesday. Many – including members of Nahel's family – said the killing was symptomatic of widespread racism towards ethnic minority groups in France, and Nahel's grandmother said she was 'heartbroken' by the support shown for the policeman.

The former Minnesota police officer charged in the April shooting of Daunte Wright, a Black man whose death prompted new protests against police brutality, will testify in her own defense, her attorney said on Tuesday as jury selection began in the manslaughter trial. Kimberly Potter, a white former officer in Brooklyn Center just north of Minneapolis, has pleaded not guilty to first- and second-degree manslaughter charges. Her lawyers have said Potter, 49, mistakenly discharged her handgun instead of her stun gun at Wright, 20, during a traffic stop. Her lawyers also have accused the prosecution of disregarding the conduct of...

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Officials say there will be no charges filed against the deputies who fatally shot Winston Smith in June atop a Minneapolis parking ramp. On Monday, the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office disseminated the review of the case by the Crow Wing County Attorney’s Office, which determined that the U.S. Marshal Task Force’s use of deadly force was lawful and “no criminal prosecution should be sought in this matter.” Last month, Crow Wing County Attorney Donald Ryan said he was reviewing the case because counties closer to the Twin Cities had conflicts. Ryan sent his findings to the Hennepin...
