Sadly, in our attempt to be diverse, we recruit women into law enforcement when they are not physically able to do the job.
Police shootings increase because the escalation of force increases when you don’t have the physical means to deal with a situation like this.

Part of the job of a cop, may it be through physical presence, or brute power, is to act as a sort of bouncer at times at protests/riot, with a drunk, with an irradic individual (often drugs), or during an arrest.
Why do you think many PDs pair a smaller female up with a dude? What are they really doing?

The scrote was fighting cops. Looked doped up. People can’t go in and out of the hotel. Getting tired of pricks like this everywhere in society.
Yesterday wife and I were at a gas pump, and a guy like him whipped around us in a huge pickup, backed up fast towards us, stopping at the last instant. Then as I finished and got back into the car, he stood there glaring at us with a hostile look for some reason known only to God.
I wish more of these damned idiots were shot by the cops. Society was better in the 40s - 60s when they did it that way.
All he had to do was not raise hell in public.

This is a perfect advertisement in support of firing all women street cops immediately. Lacking courage and physical strength, they shot a 140 pound bouncer for “erratic behavior” and then, after shooting him, 5 to 8 of them couldn’t even subdue him.
And on a more comical note. He thought he was gonna square off with 4 or 5 black women coppers and come out intact?

I watched the video. The man looked calm and when ordered to, he turned and stepped on his shirt on the slick concrete, slipped and the first officer tased him. He was spasmodic and turned and fled. The next officer pepper sprayed him in the eyes, then others tased him, one officer shot him in the back among a crowd of other officers. He had no weapon, then they kneeled on him, all 5 cops, then a 600 lb life black cop came on the scene wearing crocs and kneeled by his feet.
Nearly all comments are, “this is why females should not be cops” There were 5 on the scene involved.
