Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody on Thursday announced civil and criminal court victories over abortion activists attacking pregnancy centers. Last March, Moody sued members of the violent anarchist groups Antifa and Jane’s Revenge for vandalizing three Florida crisis pregnancy center buildings and threatening their staff and clients in the wake of a U.S. Supreme Court landmark ruling on abortion. After the Supreme Court’s decision was leaked to overturn Roe v Wade in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, pro-abortion activists and members of “criminal organizations sought to silence and intimidate crisis pregnancy centers’ workers and clients nationwide by vandalizing or...

Americans have traditionally elected their president and vice presidents based largely on their record. When a distinct appellation or nickname was engaged it was often created by the candidates themselves. Nicknames were adopted by the presidents based on their platforms, some famous speech or some specific trait that they wanted to be known for. Nicknames that they earned from others were often negative, demeaning and in a few cases, they were disgraceful. Some were purely ad hominem and quite personal. Obvious examples would be, Richard Nixon (Tricky Dick) – Bill Clinton (Slick Willie) – Joe Biden (Crooked Joe).

GOFFSTOWN, N.H. - A new poll in New Hampshire shows Vice President Kamala Harris is six points ahead of former President Donald Trump in the battleground state. The survey of more than 2,000 registered New Hampshire voters by Saint Anselm College took place on July 24-25, after Harris secured enough delegate support to become the likely Democratic presidential nominee. Harris leads Trump 50% to 44% in the poll. A poll taken by Saint Anselm in June after President Biden struggled in the debate showed Trump edging out Biden in New Hampshire by two points. "With President Joe Biden bowing out...

Vice President Harris leads former President Trump by 6 points in New Hampshire ahead of their expected November match-up, two separate surveys found. According to a poll released Thursday by the University of New Hampshire’s Survey Center, Harris, who announced her candidacy just this week after President Biden bowed out of the race Sunday, is leading Trump in the Granite State 49 percent to 43 percent. Independent candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. earned 4 percent support, and 3 percent of respondents said they aren’t sure. In a two-way contest between Harris and Trump, her lead increases slightly; 53 percent said...

Former Republican National Committee Chair Michael Steele said in an interview late Thursday that former President Trump’s attacks on Vice President Kamala Harris are “incoherent.” “At a rally in North Carolina, Donald Trump showed in real time how the ground has shifted for Republicans, as he tried out some incoherent attacks on his new opponent, Vice President Kamala Harris, including repeatedly mispronouncing her name and trying out a recycled insult or two,” Steele said while guest-hosting MSNBC’s “The ReidOut.” Steele highlighted a whirlwind week in politics after President Biden withdrew from the race and endorsed Harris. Since then, Harris’s campaign...

District Judge Christopher C. Conner of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania has issued a ruling granting summary judgment to the Second Amendment Foundation (SAF) and its partners, declaring the state’s law banning the carry of firearms in a vehicle without a license unconstitutional. Romania said it found Russian drone fragments on its territory on Thursday and NATO said it saw no sign of an intentional attack on the alliance's territory after Moscow troops fired 38 long-range drones into Ukraine overnight. Ukraine's Air Force destroyed 25 Russian drones, its chief said on Telegram. Three drones "were lost after crossing the state border with Romania", he added. Romania's defence ministry said it had found fragments of a Russian Geran 1/2 drone near the village of Plauru across the Danube River from Ukraine's southern port town of Izmail that came under attack the second night in...

Vice President Kamala Harris may have made it more difficult to close a hostage deal, a startled senior Israeli official said after hearing the remarks she issued to the press late Thursday afternoon. “We hope that it won’t make it harder to achieve a hostage deal because it gives the appearance of day light between Israel and the United States,” the official said. Harris surprised Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and those close to him by issuing her statement, which she also placed on X shortly after her hour-long meeting with him.

WASHINGTON, Monday, July 25. The Republican, extra, says: Dispatches to the Government represent that a great battle was fought in Atlanta on Friday, resulting in a horrible slaughter and a complete repulse of the enemy at every point. The rebels, holding the largest part of the city, assaulted our works on that day with great fury, evidently expecting to drive our forces out of the city. The Fifteenth Corps, commanded by Gen. FRANK BLAIR, seemed to be the special object of rebel wrath, as they massed against it in overwhelming force. The Fifteenth received the shock gallantly, and held its...

France’s high-speed train system was targeted in a series of attacks Friday, wreaking havoc on the opening day of the 2024 Olympic Games. A series of “coordinated acts of malice” in France led to the cancellation and diversion of a large number of trains, while all travelers were asked to postpone their journeys and not go to train stations on the opening day of the Olympics, according to French rail company SNCF and CNN. Damage was reported at several SNCF facilities as well as the Atlantic, Northern, and Eastern high-speed lines. At least one of the attacks was mitigated by...

~The so-called New Hampshire Seacoast, which is actually a New Hampshire Oceancoast, is about as far as you can go from my corner of the state and still be in NH. So I don't get there terribly often. But maybe I'm missing out... (video of whale falling on a boat) Is it a metaphor? Is the whale Trump? And the fishermen the Deep State? Or is the whale the Deep State? And the fishermen Joe and Jill? Or is it just another of Fauci's gain-of-function projects? ~I dissent somewhat from the notion that what befell Joe Biden just five days...

Hollywood's video game performers announced they would go on strike Thursday, throwing part of the entertainment industry into another work stoppage after talks for a new contract with major game studios broke down over artificial intelligence protections. The strike — the second for video game voice actors and motion capture performers under the Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists — will begin at 12:01 a.m. Friday. The move comes after nearly two years of negotiations with gaming giants, including divisions of Activision, Warner Bros. and Walt Disney Co., over a new interactive media agreement. SAG-AFTRA negotiators say...

The armed forces staffer targeted in a daylight stabbing near a barracks in Kent is a lauded and long-serving colonel in the British Army. The soldier stabbed multiple times near Brompton Barracks in Gillingham has been named as Lieutenant Colonel Mark Teeton, in his 40s, who was reportedly in uniform when he was attacked on Tuesday. The longtime course manager at the Royal School of Military Engineering received up to 12 stab wounds during the shock incident. A left-wing nonprofit that interfered in the 2020 election to Democrats’ benefit is coaching election offices on how to address concerns about leftist oligarchs’ silent coup to replace Joe Biden as the party’s presidential nominee. On Tuesday, the Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL) sent an email to its newsletter subscribers highlighting Biden’s Sunday exit from the 2024 race and informing election officials that “voters and media outlets will be looking to you for guidance in the coming weeks, and you will play a powerful role in shaping this emerging story.”

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Despite rampant skepticism among the voting public as November approached, the party cheating in the primary election solemnly promised that it would definitely not be cheating in the general election. A group of the nation's most prominent Democrats held a press conference to allay the fears of American citizens that the fact that they had just successfully undermined the democratic process to replace Joe Biden with Kamala Harris on the presidential ticket might be an indication that they would pull similar unethical shenanigans in November's general election against Donald Trump. "Don't be ridiculous," said Nancy Pelosi when...
