The vehicle broke down Friday near Mettiki Coal access road on US 48, in Tucker County, West Virginia, according to WBOY-TV. A Facebook post from Randy Smith described the incident. The Memphis Police Department has arrested a man in connection with the kidnapping of missing teacher Eliza Fletcher.
