Joe Biden's Mussolini meltdown moment in Philadelphia, which was summed up to voters with the image below, left a lot of people on both sides of the political aisle scratching their heads. After all, as the meme says, "If you're going to dedicate an entire speech to 'my opponents are Nazis' don't specifically go for this visual". Just days earlier, Joe Biden had been denouncing Republicans as "semi-fascists." In the wake of the Philly speech, voters learned that apparently, it was the "semi" part that upset him. Why settle for "semi-fascist" when what he was offering was full-blown fascist?
It didn't help him any politically, and internal polls must have been horrific. Politico reported that the remarks had been three months in preparation, so they were hardly unintentional gaffes.

It was sacrilege that Biden chose to give that faschistic speech at the birthplace of liberty

I am not do much concerned about the disturbed person who wrote the speech, or demented person who gave the speech; I am most concerned about how the stage was set and its red lights. How can one person think that would go over well, let alone a rather large amount of people? It reminded me of star wars.

I was watching before Biden arrived and I liked the white light on Constitution Hall, highlighting the natural warm brown of the bricks and that white door. It looked homey and welcoming, but I guess that wasn’t desirable for the Reichstag speech.
The report that bidung’s cronies still think it was a great speech tells us everything we need to know.
That speech was so wrong on so many levels. First what kind of insane person would write such a thing. Second, the backdrop???? What the hell? and then there is china joe. Didn’t he preview this? Does he really think that any opposition is a threat or did his handlers just drug him up and sent him on his way.
Some said the author of the speech was Anita Dunn, a Biden Communications consultant and former Obama WH head of Communications.

If we can rely on one thing about Democrats, it’s that they will accuse others of exactly what they are doing and thinking themselves. The entire Biden program is National Socialism.
Biden’s speech, the dark red stage, the backdrop of warriors were all crafted to be as offensive as possible. They want to push the totalitarian envelope IN YOUR FACE, and get away with it. They will push further next time, and further the next. They will steal the next election without trying to hide it, because they want you to know yet be unable to do anything about it. That’s the kind of person Joe Biden is — the kind who relishes groping other men’s wives and children right in front of them in public situations where they can’t do anything about it. The Dems are goading the People into reacting to give the feds an excuse to unleash full persecution on some and intimidate the rest into silence.
Solzhenitsyn’s famous quote that starts, “How we burned in the camps...” is where we are right now in the USA. Those with something to lose are reluctant to stand up against government tyranny when it arrives in small doses. Biden wants us to be afraid. Well FU Joe Biden.
Think Meacham and Michael Beschloss when you hear “History will remember this as ...” Those are the types who will write it.
