In the early afternoon of April 11th, 2021, internal and external communications staffers for embattled Congressman Matt Gaetz (FL-1) received a request for comment from newly minted CNN reporter Gabby Orr. Orr, a former POLITICO employee, would report as her first story for Jeff Zucker’s network that Rep. Gaetz had been denied a meeting with former President Trump. The aim of the story was to weaken support for Gaetz on Capitol Hill as the House returns from recess. Orr’s e-mail read: “Apologies for bothering you on a Sunday but I wanted to run something by you for confirmation before reporting...

Catholic leaders in the state of Michigan are warning the public that Johnson & Johnson and AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccines are made from the tissue of dead, mutilated fetuses. Archbishop Allen H. Vigneron and a coalition of six other Catholic leaders throughout the state have been sounding the alarm about these vaccines. They are demanding for public officials to be honest and transparent with the public about the troubling origin of these experimental vaccines. “It is morally permissible to receive the vaccines developed by Pfizer and Moderna. Neither of these vaccines have used cell lines originating in tissue taken from aborted...

Fox News White House Correspondent Peter Doocy has become a thorn in the side of the often inept-looking White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki. Doocy got under Psaki’s skin again with a question about Biden flip-flopping, and rather than getting a straight answer from her, he got snark. Doocy referred to an earlier question by another reporter who asked “The President’s Commission on expanding the Supreme Court is out. We know he’s going to wait for the results. What is the President’s view on the — of the calls for Justice Breyer to step down?” Psaki responded to that question...

The coronavirus situation has ushered in a series of events that would probably make George Orwell look on in stunned disbelief and how Orwellian society has become in one year. From draconian lockdowns, destruction of careers and businesses and vaccine passports to live your life, the violations to personal freedom have been immense. But the Pentagon now has a new idea which is supposed to be for your safety, but sounds like something from a science fiction nightmare, that involves implanting a microchip into your body.

The Black Death, often called the largest pandemic in human history, is conventionally defined as the massive plague outbreak of 1346 to 1353 C.E. that struck the Black Sea and Mediterranean, extended into the Middle East, North Africa, and western Europe, and killed as much as half the total population of those regions. Yet genetic approaches to plague’s history have established that Yersinia pestis, the causative organism of plague, suddenly diverged in Central Asia at some point before the Black Death, splitting into four new branches—a divergence geneticists have called the “Big Bang.” Drawing on a “biological archive” of genetic...

The police officer who fatally shot a Black man during a traffic stop in a Minneapolis suburb apparently intended to fire a Taser, not a handgun, the city’s police chief said Monday. Brooklyn Center Police Chief Tim Gannon described the shooting as “an accidental discharge.” The state Bureau of Criminal Apprehension was investigating. “Taser! Taser! Taser!” the officer is heard shouting on her body cam footage released at a news conference. After firing a single shot from her handgun, the car speeds away and the officer is heard saying, “Holy [expletive]! I shot him.”

Republican Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky on Saturday urged voters to oust GOP Senators Lisa Murkowski and Susan Collins for voting with Democrats to keep Obamacare. During his address at the "Save America Summit" at Trump National Doral in Miami, Florida, Paul called for the ousting of Senate Republicans who crossed party lines to vote with Democrats against repealing the Affordable Care Act. "This is our problem: seven Republicans voted to keep Obamacare. You remember John McCain doing it. We won't name all others, but that's the thing, this is our problem," he told the crowd. "We know the Democrats...

Addressing President Madison: “We are, Sir, from principle and habit attached to the Union of the States. But our attachment is to the substance and not to the form. . . If the time should ever arrive, when this Union shall be holden together by nothing but the authority of Law. . . We, Sir, shall look on that hour as the closing scene of our country’s prosperity.” . . . “When one portion of a country undertakes to control, to regulate and to sacrifice the interest of another – when a small and heated Majority in the government, taking...

According to their analysis – using a technique called Optically Stimulated Luminescence (OSL) to date the ancient stone – the jars were positioned potentially as early as the late second millennium BCE.Evidence discovered of varied mortuary practices at some of the sites – including primary burial of human skeletons, and also bundled or jarred collections of bones – was also dated by radiocarbon dating, suggesting activity between 9-13th century CE.On the face of the most recent evidence, this means the Plain of Jars pre-dates the most recent and confirmed discoveries of mortuary practices, by potentially thousands of years. As for...

Former House Speaker John Boehner (R) said Monday on ABC’s “The View” that Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) was “Lucifer in the flesh.” Co-host Sara Haines said, “You aren’t shy about your animosity for senator Ted Cruz, but you take it to the next level in the book writing, ‘There is nothing more dangerous than a reckless bleep who thinks he is smarter than everyone else.’ Now you say even Mitch McConnell hated him with a passion, ‘I didn’t know Mitch had in him.’ And we hear you ad-libbed some rather colorful commentary we can’t repeat here when you recorded the...

Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) escalated his feud with the federal government's leading infectious diseases expert on Monday, calling Anthony Fauci a "petty tyrant" for suggesting Americans vaccinated against the coronavirus should not eat or drink indoors. "Fauci continues to ignore 100 years of vaccine science," Paul wrote in a tweet Monday morning. "His only real theme is 'do what I say' even when it makes no sense." Americans who have recovered from or been vaccinated against the coronavirus should "go about your life," Paul said. "Eat, drink, work, open the schools. Enough with the petty tyrants!" Fauci, during an appearance...

Centers for Disease and Control Prevention (CDC) Director Rochelle Walensky on Monday suggested Michigan “close things down” as part of an effort to curb the state’s rising number of coronavirus cases. “When you have an acute situation, an extraordinary number of cases like we have in Michigan, the answer is not necessarily to give vaccines — in fact, we know the vaccine will have a delayed response,” Walensky said in a briefing with reporters. “The answer to that is to really close things down, to go back to our basics, to go back to where we were last spring, last...

President Joe Biden has pitched his infrastructure package as a weapon essential to keeping pace with China, calling it a "blue-collar blueprint" that his administration says will create millions of jobs and better position the United States to compete with Beijing. Justifying his $2.25 trillion proposal, Biden said Wednesday that "China and the rest of the world" are racing ahead of the U.S. All told, he mentioned the country six times. "Do you think China is waiting around to invest in its digital infrastructure or research and development?" he asked. "I promise you, they are not waiting. But they are...

âWe kept hearing from election officials that voting machines were never on the internet,â he said. âAnd we knew that wasn't true. And so we set out to try and find the voting machines to see if we could find them on the internet, and especially the back-end systems that voting machines in the precinct were connecting to to report their results.â Skoglund and his team developed a tool that scoured the internet to see if the central computers that program voting machines and run the entire election process at the precinct level were online. Once they had identified such...
