There continues to be a lot of talk about secession now. I think the invitation to secede should last decades, and be extended on a county by county basis. After 4 or 5 decades, we solidify the borders, and those blue enclave counties that haven't drained out will be treated with the same respect that other sovereign nation enclaves within the US have been treated, i.e. the Indian Reservations, which are still sovereign. I think the invitation to secede should be extended to counties in Canada and Mexico as well, since we are forming a new country. Not all divorces...

The Harvard Law Review has named a Los Angeles-born Egyptian-American as what it believes is its first Muslim president in its 134-year history, elevating him to the top of one of the most prestigious U.S. law journals. Harvard Law School student Hassaan Shahawy said he hoped his election represented "legal academia's growing recognition of the importance of diversity, and perhaps its growing respect for other legal traditions."

An new video obtained by journalist from the Gateway Pundit reveals tens of thousands of ballots being secretly carted in to the TCF Center several hours after the ballot counting deadline had passed. This adds to the already mountain of irregularities and instances of fraud that we’ve seen around the country during this election. This latest instance of fraud from Michigan, where Donald Trump held a substantial lead, over 100,000 votes, late on Tuesday, Nov 3rd. But that lead evaporated suddenly on the 4th as large dumps of Biden “votes” came in.

Some people believe that the Universal Declaration Of Human Rights is as important to the world as America’s famous foundational documents are to America. But true concern for what humans need and are entitled to goes back way past WW2 and the Declaration Of Independence and the Bill Of Rights. e.g. The New Testament I would argue that human rights are the heart of conservatism (defined by Ron Paul as “preserving what’s good”). Progressives who want to change everything for changes’ virtue-signalling sake are not the champions of human rights they tout themselves to be.

Lawmakers in Virginia voted on Friday to make it the first Southern U.S. state to abolish the death penalty, a significant sign of waning support for capital punishment across the country as the practice is weighed at the federal level. The state’s Democratic-led House of Delegates voted 57-41 on a measure to end the practice. The Senate passed the measure earlier this week, and Governor Ralph Northam, a Democrat, said he will sign the repeal into law. Virginia has conducted 1,390 executions since 1608, the most in the United States and 68 more than Texas, the state with the second...

Conservatives in and out of California were giving each other digital high-fives this week as the Recall Gavin 2020 efforts broke the 1.4 million milestone, less than 100,000 signatures away from being successful. Except, that’s not exactly true, and careless “conservative” publications like the Daily Caller are spreading this misinformation.A recall election of California Governor Gavin Newsom will be triggered by 1,495,709 validated signatures, or 12% of the previous total votes cast for the office. In 2003, the recall challenge against Governor Gray Davis yielded well over 1.6 million signatures, but around 15% of them were invalidated. In the end,...

Brian P. McCreary was arrested Thursday for being part of the mob that breached the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6. Whoa, Canada! Our neighbor to the north has come under fire for drawing COVID-19 vaccine doses from the international consortium meant to preserve supplies for poorer countries, a consortium that the US under Donald Trump pointedly eschewed in favor of Trump’s “America First” philosophy. Now, Justin Trudeau’s government has resorted to defending its self-interest, vowing no apologies for putting Canada first:
