Maybe the point was to stage a fake death of a 'patriot' and then have those who 'witnessed' the alleged shooting would go out into the crowd screaming, 'THEY (Law Enforcement) KILLED HER!' in hopes of firing up the crowd to become violent and attack Congressmen.
Only it didn't work because most people there weren't out for blood and they couldn't be driven to violence.
That certainly seems to be the case and it occurred to me too. But you can't fake a death and hide it forever.
With the aid of every branch of the Deep State creating a fake person using a well paid actress seems plausible to me.
And if the desired result is achieved and all-out incarcerations and crack-down occur who would be left to ferret out the facts? The crime would be hidden by the chaos.

I think Lynn is right. This is a false flag! Someone shot in the neck (with a real magic bullet not aimed at her) she would have been bleeding out all over the place. Funny how the shooter isn’t named or charged and barely anyone in the scene have been rounded up.
