Democrat Joe Biden gave a Thanksgiving address on Wednesday where he, an allegedly devout Catholic, appeared to not know how to pronounce one of the most famous books in the Bible. Biden said, “And if we do, and I’m sure we can, we can proclaim the palmist (ph), with the palmist (ph) who wrote these following words, ‘The Lord is my strength and my shield…'” Biden was quoting Psalms 28:7. In his prepared remarks, it shows that Biden was, in fact, quoting from the book of Psalms when he referenced the “Psalmist.” The “p” in Psalms is silent.

During the pandemic, what are some of America's governors serving up for the Thanksgiving through Christmas season? A stress test for the Constitution and a crackdown on individual liberty. That's how U.S. Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito aptly characterized the situation in a recent, stirring keynote virtual address at the conservative Federalist Society's National Lawyers Convention. Alito's remarks came days before several governors imposed their latest, newest shutdown edicts and their Thanksgiving gathering rules. The pandemic had already put great stress on individual liberties, and now, governors are adding even more. Some governors don't want you to hug or sing...

Too many voters Watch the turnout figures ‒ they can be a big giveaway. You never get a 98% or 99% turnout in an honest election. You just don't. Voting is compulsory in Gabon, but it is not enforced; even in Australia where it is enforced, where you can vote by post or online and can be fined for not voting, turnout only reaches 90-95%. The main reason that a full turnout is practically impossible is that electoral registers, even if they are recently compiled, can rarely be 100% up-to-date. Even if no-one gets sick or has to travel, people...

"According to Fox sources, producers were told to avoid some regular guests if they kept showing up on Newsmax after being encouraged to stop. Management's goal: to remind guests who's boss in the right-wing media world." === Fox News denies this. But they're lying. Memo to Fox: When you threaten people, they tend to talk about it. To everyone. --- "Sources at Fox derided Newsmax as "far-right" and "fringe" and they singled out Kelly for particular criticism." Conservatives who attempt to delegitimize other conservatives as "far right" and "fringe" are not conservatives. They are liberals. "Far right." "Fringe." "Radicalized." How...

The Salvation Army's bell ringers, a longtime fixture outside malls and stores around the U.S., are a staple holiday tradition. But this year, with the coronavirus pandemic raging and many stores closed, people won't be hearing as many of those bells ringing. The charitable organization relies on its red-kettle campaign's donations to raise enough money to help millions of Americans around the holidays. That's especially true this year, with so many people out of work and suffering financially. So with store traffic — and red-kettle donations — down, the charity is turning to technology and its enthusiastic volunteers to keep...

What the Democratic Party pitches as compassion for minorities and the poor is nothing but forced dependence, and now Democrats are seeking to expand their targets. Theirs is not a message of hope and opportunity but the propaganda of envy and helplessness. "You can't succeed because the deck is stacked against you," they say. "You don't have X because someone else has it." "The only reason someone else has X and you don't is because they have exploited you." And the big finale: "The only way you can get X is by electing us to take it away from others...

The DOJ appointed Robert Heberle, the acting Chief of the “Public Integrity Section” (PIS) of the Criminal Division of the Department, to investigate and prosecute “election related” crimes two weeks ago. This followed in the wake of the very public resignation of the prior prosecutor who refused to follow the President’s agenda. Heberle and PIS are notorious for prosecuting conservatives and being hitmen for conservative politicians.

Attorney Sidney Powell filed a lawsuit late Wednesday seeking to set aside the results of the election in Michigan, claiming that “hundreds of thousands of illegal, ineligible, duplicate, or purely fictitious ballots” enabled by “massive election fraud” helped make possible Biden’s vote count lead in the state. The suit also pointed to multiple issues pertaining to Dominion Voting Systems. The attorney, who previously worked with President Donald Trump’s legal team, also filed a separate lawsuit in Georgia late Wednesday with allegations of voting irregularities and fraud. She announced on Twitter that the “Kraken” had been released in both states, with...

China on this date in 2009 executed two men for trafficking kidnapped children. “The crimes of children trafficking are on the rise,” said a spokesman for the Supreme People’s Court. “Children trafficking gangs now have clearer division of work and more children of migrant workers have been abducted.” Kidnapping has been a major problem in China for many years, one which authorities have fought in vain with ever-strengthened legal sanctions. Needless to say the executions marked this date hardly abated the trend. Up to 70,000 children are thought to disappear by abduction in China every year — particularly boys, for...

Perhaps ABC's Chief White House correspondent Jonathan Karl, who has a history of mask shaming, should be granted a pardon along with the turkeys pardoned by the President. Why? Because despite his past history of hectoring others about wearing masks, Karl himself was caught removing his own face mask on Tuesday in the White House Briefing Room.If Karl thought the cameras were off he was wrong because at least one of the cameras caught the mask criminal in the middle of his heinous act.

Cornell University activists are threatening student government representatives who voted against disarming the campus police. On Nov. 19, Cornell's student government voted by a 15-14 margin not to disarm the campus police. Following the failed resolution, activists took to social media to harass and threaten the representatives who opposed the bill. After a member of the student government posted the full names of each opponent in a group text for students of color, activists plastered the list on Instagram and Twitter, resulting in an onslaught of threats. Joe Anderson, a former student government president, called on his peers to fight...

Jenna Ellis, legal advisor to President Trump and senior legal adviser to the Trump campaign, has received threats, late night phone calls from unfamiliar numbers, and public calls for her disbarment, she told Breitbart News exclusively Wednesday. Via direct message (DM), Ellis told Breitbart News that she had received “Hundreds of DMs and messages etc threatening me.” Some threats have been public, like attempts to have her disbarred and encouraging the public to file Bar complaints. Others have been more direct — and less subtle. She added: “CNN reporter messaged today accusing me of my bar license being lapsed. Unknown...

I think it will be the definitive study that might guide us away from lockdowns as they were all based on false modeling. --------------- A systematic review and meta-analysis of 43 studies (3229 individuals) finds that viable virus appears to be short-lived, with high titres of SARS-CoV-2 are detected early in the disease course, with an early peak observed at the time of symptom onset to day 5 of illness (Lancet Microb. 2020;Published:November 19). RNA detection cannot be used to infer infectiousness, but the mean duration of SARS-CoV-2 RNA shedding was 17 days in upper respiratory tract ("no live virus...

Sidney Powell released the Kraken! The maverick lawyer spelled out claims she had previously made at a tumultuous press conference the week before – namely that Georgia and Michigan used election machinery designed by Venezuela’s Hugo Chavez, who died in 2013, with the express wish of rigging the vote. She alleges that China and Iran used these voting systems to influence the US election and that 96,000 votes cast for Biden in Georgia were illegally counted. ( page 10 Additionally, incontrovertible evidence Board of Elections records demonstrates that at least 96,600 absentee ballots were requested and counted but were never...

More than two-thirds of the nation say it is fair for President Donald Trump to ask for a recount in key states, according to a new Newsmax/McLaughlin & Associates poll released Thursday. Sixty-seven percent of likely voters backed Trump's recounts where the vote margins in his race with Joe Biden were 1% or closer, which applies to states like Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Arizona. Despite the close contests, 65% of Americans say the election will ultimately be decided honestly. But fully a third of all voters, 35%, said that there was significant fraud. "This seems to be a very disturbing...

Fellow FReepers!Sidney Powell can spell just fine! You are probably getting the idea by now, but it seems that ALL documents submitted to court are put through a OCR process.OCR refers to 'Optical Character Recognition'. This is the conversion of different types of documents - scanned paper documents, digital images, PDFs and so forth - into clear textThe result is a searchable file. This is to ensure that the text in those documents is searchable to (e.g.) research attorneys, court officials and other legal professionals. Moreover: the data can *then* be moved to a common database and cross-referenced with other data. Anyone...
