Attorney Sidney Powell filed a lawsuit late Wednesday seeking to set aside the results of the election in Michigan, claiming that “hundreds of thousands of illegal, ineligible, duplicate, or purely fictitious ballots” enabled by “massive election fraud” helped make possible Biden’s vote count lead in the state. The suit also pointed to multiple issues pertaining to Dominion Voting Systems.
The attorney, who previously worked with President Donald Trump’s legal team, also filed a separate lawsuit in Georgia late Wednesday with allegations of voting irregularities and fraud. She announced on Twitter that the “Kraken” had been released in both states, with exhibits to follow.
The 75-page complaint (pdf) filed in Michigan alleged “massive election fraud” throughout the state in violation of Michigan’s Elections Code and the U.S. Constitution.

The problem with getting away with illegal actions for so long is that you get complacent and think you can just do it out in the open.
They may have screwed themselves out of the election by so blatantly disregarding the laws.
One win against Dominion in any of the states would set precedent. That could cause Dominion to crumble and state results to be questioned in every state where Dominion was used.
I wonder if James was screwed out of the Senate race in Michigan? If he was, the Georgia run-off in January would not be so consequential. So in a sense the rats may have stolen all 3 branches of government. I must say that this lawsuit is life or death for the good guys.

A little more information, go to the Sidney Powell 1 Twitter page, way lower on the page a short interview, one on one with Sidney Powell, show seems to be America this Week, best I can translate, “across at least 29 states it could have been happening, anytime a voting machines was connected to the internet and we have evidence many of them were, it was obviously happening. It’s obvious from the algorithm and the statistics that our experts are tracking out where batches of votes and when the curves changed.”
Excellent point, I wonder how many down ballot seats we were cheated out of. Could flip the house.
I would think that if the courts find for Trump in Michigan, it would be a mere formality for lawyers to file a lawsuit for James and win that one as well.
Complaint is full of formatting glitches which makes it difficult to read. I expect she will have to refile.

Most people are just shocked that Biden could have won AZ, it hasn’t happened since 1992.
He showed up in Phoenix in October and ZERO people showed up for him.
With that kind of enthusiasm, how did he pull off an upset not seen in 3 decades?

My theory.
Rudy and Sidney split to pursue two distinct goals. One, 2020 election. Second, expose election ballot stuffing, fraud and Dominion/Smarttech systems.
If those tracks fail, Rudy and Sidney team up and pursue a RICO case
And all we need is one Whistleblower, who does not want to go to jail, to come forward.
I had the same thought - but
- IMHO the whole scam blew up only because Trump radically outperformed D expectation, and consequently
- The fraudsters went into such a complete panic mode to manufacture BidenvotesTM ASAP that they didn’t even trouble to fill in down ballot boxes.
That isn’t to say that they didn’t cheat down ballot at all, just not remotely on the same scale.
But wouldn’t it be amazing if the Republicans not only kept the WH and Senate but took the House!
