You never get a 98% or 99% turnout in an honest election. You just don't.
Voting is compulsory in Gabon, but it is not enforced; even in Australia where it is enforced, where you can vote by post or online and can be fined for not voting, turnout only reaches 90-95%.
The main reason that a full turnout is practically impossible is that electoral registers, even if they are recently compiled, can rarely be 100% up-to-date.
Even if no-one gets sick or has to travel, people still die. And when a register is updated, new voters are keen to add themselves to the list.
No-one, however, has any great enthusiasm for removing the names of those who have died, and over time the number of these non-existent voters increases. ...

There are untold numbers of very, very smart people that work in the military. There are also those loyal to Trump in govt and business that are supporting him behind the scenes.
When this is all done, it’s going to be the largest surveillance/investigation in national history.

Their ballots are separated from registration paperwork. It's estimated there were up to 900k same day registrations in Wisconsin. If a large enough number are fraudulent it easily puts the Biden 20k margin in question. But a judge won't make that call.
We’re having similar issues in Washington. AFAIK no one is filling anything over it.
Tell that fact to 20 precincts in Philly.

It is SO simple to fix. Cancel EVERYBODY’s registration the third anniversary of every presidential election. You have ten months to go register IN PERSON with your birth certificate and another ID. Cancel all same-day registration and motor-voter registration schemes.
If you are infirm or house-restricted, arrange for mobile teams accompanied by Notaries Public to register you in your dwelling.
This is not hard to do.
Trying to remove dead people and people who moved is a fool’s errand. Just start from scratch every four years.
When they found themselves in dire straits around 3 AM they quit trying to make phony votes look legitimate. There are scores of dead giveaways.
I read yesterday that there were bogus people with names like Kathy January Jones, Kathy February Jones, Kathy March Jones, Kathy April Jones, Kathy May Jones, etc voting. That shows they were scrambling as hard as they could to manufacture voters and ballots.
The most corrupt cities in the nation, all run by democrats, have the most corrupt voting systems in the country and the most crooked results in the country. What an amazing coincidence.
