@thechrisbuskirk AZ early am update. Maricopa County overnight was a pickup of ~50,000 votes for Trump. Biden lead is now ~90k with ~520k ballots out there. A 60-40 Trump split of those ballots would put Trump ahead by ~10k. Trump has been winning the count 60-40 or better since late last night.

[FLASHBACK] Pennsylvania has become the epicenter of the 2020 election chaos that experts warned was coming, with courts changing ballot rules, disputes over poll watchers, new voting machines being put to the test, and disinformation spreading rapidly in the swing state. It's all coming to a head with early voting already underway and Election Day about four weeks away. Lawsuits brought by Democrats and Republicans in the Keystone State have forced judges to change some of the rules for the election at the last minute -- and the legal fights aren't over. A series of rulings from the Pennsylvania Supreme...

Last night I was leading, often solidly, in many key States, in almost all instances Democrat run & controlled. Then, one by one, they started to magically disappear as surprise ballot dumps were counted. VERY STRANGE, and the "pollsters" got it completely & historically wrong!

With Nevada elections results too close to call the morning after Election Day, there is going to be a one-day pause in the releasing of any new Nevada vote totals. Elections tweeted out early Wednesday that more results won’t be announced until 9 a.m. Thursday.

PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP and JOE BIDEN are locked in the tightest presidential contest in decades, with TRUMP threatening to drag the race to the Supreme Court. BIDEN is ahead by a sliver in Wisconsin, TRUMP is up in Michigan and Pennsylvania -- but it’s close, with plenty outstanding. Nevada is suddenly tight. Georgia is too close to call. We’ll get to this all in a minute. But let’s start with what we know: TUESDAY WAS AN ABJECT DISASTER for Democrats in Washington. To imagine the amount of soul searching and explaining the party will have to do after Tuesday is...

Judiciary Committee chairman wins reelection after paving the way for Justice Barrett Sen. Lindsey Graham (R., S.C.) defeated liberal challenger Jaime Harrison in a race that became an unlikely target for Democratic leaders working to flip the upper chamber. Graham led by roughly 10 points when the Associated Press called the race Tuesday evening. The Republican was expected to cruise to reelection in a state President Donald Trump won by 14 points in 2016. But after Harrison—a former lobbyist with ties to top congressional Democrats—twice reported raising more than $1 million a day in September, Graham himself discussed his vulnerability...

Will these "close" election swing states trigger an automatic recount and voter fraud is exposed: double/triple votes for Biden??? How will it be challenged???

On a sunny Friday afternoon in July 2014, James King, a 21-year-old college student, was walking to a summer job in Grand Rapids, Michigan, when he was accosted by two unshaven men wearing jeans and baseball caps who asked his name and grabbed his wallet. When King tried to flee, the men tackled him, choked him unconscious, and punched him in the face over and over again. The men, it turned out, were cops, and for six years King has been trying to hold them accountable for their actions that day. Next Monday the U.S. Supreme Court will consider whether...

As America braces to hear the results of the 2020 election, some experts have stepped forward to say "not so fast!" According to election officials, counting all the ballots could take weeks thanks to the brand new Common Core math standards. "Common Core has provided us a national framework for how to count things," said Florida election official Darla Dibbleton. "Unfortunately, it has required us to completely re-learn math. This is a nightmare. I don't even know what's true anymore. I can't even remember how to count to 10. Somebody help me!" Dibbleton then broke down sobbing in the middle...

I have tried to think of something appropriate to say upon the end of this endeavor at saving Western civilization through journalism. Western civilization remains unsaved. That is the first thought that comes to mind. What could I have been thinking anyway? A second thought is that in my failure I have had just a whole lot of fun. That was not the original mission. When you brandish a gleaming sword over typewriter keys -- I do not know whether that image works or not, and, frankly, I don't care at this stage -- you are mentally fixed on higher...

I got to thinking...everyone is saying they need to do a recount in MI and WI but I don't think that would matter. The Dems didn't change R votes to D votes. They found out who didn't vote yesterday and then created votes for those people in the middle of the night. It shouldn't be too tough to create an easily searchable database from the publicly available voter roles that people could use to find out who voted. For example, I could enter in the names of my family members and see which ones were showing as having voted. If...

Gov. Tom Wolf (D-PA) is pledging to count all outstanding mail-in ballots before Pennsylvania certifies a winner in this year’s presidential contest. Wolf, who has publicly endorsed former Vice President Joe Biden, took to social media early Wednesday, saying the race is too close to call.

There has been quite a bit of speculation on whether voters should have used Sharpies to cast their ballots in Maricopa County. Social media posts being circulated in the Phoenix area are saying that if anyone used a Sharpie to fill out their ballot, their votes could be tossed. We received several messages on Election Day and into Wednesday that many polling places offered Sharpies to those voting in person. However, there were reports that some Sharpie-filled ballots were not counted, while others who used ballpoint pen had no issues. Video of voters complaining about poll workers handing them sharpies...

Democrats spent more than a quarter of a billion dollars in a futile bid to pick up longshot Senate seats in Kentucky, South Carolina, and Texas. The campaigns of Kentucky's Amy McGrath, South Carolina's Jaime Harrison, and Texas's M.J. Hegar burned through nearly $200 million, and outside groups backing them spent an additional $60 million boosting the three candidates. The figure dwarfs the total amount spent in the 1996 presidential race—Bill Clinton, Bob Dole, and Ross Perot combined to spend less than $240 million. The influx of cash, however, failed to woo voters, as Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R.,...

Conservatives and the Trump administration have railed against Fox News after the network called Arizona for Joe Biden. While speaking on election night, Fox News Decision Desk Director Arnon Mishkin was asked about his call in Arizona and if he was 100 percent sure of his call, to which he responded by saying, "absolutely." Fox was the first news organization to declare a winner in Arizona and make it the first red-to-blue flip on the electoral map. AP has since also called Arizona for Biden. "It's been clear for a while that the former vice president is in the lead...

Why are evidence and reason largely absent from political discussion? Why are well-supported facts often no match for emotion? Much of it can be explained by a process called “splitting.” Though little known to the public, the term is used widely by mental-health professionals. I first noticed splitting a few years ago, when I provided psychotherapy to a depressed college student. At first our sessions focused on her depression, but my patient, a white woman, took frequent detours into racial politics. She “loved” Malcolm X and railed against “white privilege.” Then she told me that she “identified” as black. She...

California voters are saying no to bringing affirmative action to public schools and government work. In early tabulations, Proposition 16 is behind by 51.5% to 48.5%. Proposition 16 asks California voters to bring affirmative action back to public schools and government work. The initiative would strike Proposition 209 from the California constitution.

McConnell triumphs, Republicans cling to Senate Majority, libs prepare to be owned Few questions were answered on Election Night 2020, but one thing was clear: The Joe Biden landslide predicted by political experts failed to materialize. Once again, President Donald Trump managed to exceed expectations in key states, many of which remained too close to call as of late Tuesday. "We were winning everything, and all of a sudden it was just called off," Trump said. "The results tonight have been phenomenal." Biden, meanwhile, urged supporters to have patience as the election results come in. "It ain't over til every...
