'Hey Selena Gomez, How about you call all of "your people" you're crying about being deported and invite them to stay at your mansion behind your big walls and gates until they leave?' Boller wrote. Gomez had purchased the home of late rock star Tom Petty for $4.9million in 2020, according to Home Beautiful. What is it with the interest in beauty pageant contestants and sex tapes? In addition to the Carrie Prejean tape, there is a new scandal, involving a Miss Universe contestant in a 3-way hard core tape. As this is allegedly a legal column, that brings us to the legal issue – what does it take to get fired from a pageant for a morals clause? When does something in your private life cost you a job dealing with the public?

Let me tell you a fairy tale. Once upon a time, a gorgeous blond California girl -- let's call her "Carrie" -- wanted to be a beauty queen. Asked about gay marriage, "Carrie" blurted out her truth: "I believe all Americans should enjoy equal rights to get married whether it is same-sex or opposite marriage. That's the way I was raised, and that's the way I think marriage should be." Afterward, a judge proclaimed her answer so offensive he voted against her and wanted to rip off her tiara. Instead of rebuking the judge, pageant officials said that "Carrie" needs...

A life coach’s open letter to Carrie Prejean, including some suggested affirmations: Dear Carrie -- Since you’ve decided to put yourself in the spotlight by writing a book about your experience in the Miss USA pageant, and subsequently invite all forms of reaction to it, I’m writing to put in my two cents. I don’t know you, but after reading Still Standing it seems that what you think about gay marriage is small potatoes. Your story is about so much more than that now. It’s about shining a scathing spotlight on that throwback to the 1950s -- the pageant circuit....

Vivid has announced that it has the tapes in its possession, and TMZ has published a letter from Vivid chair Steve Hirsch to Prejean's lawyers seeking the right to distribute "erotic footage that Carrie Prejean, former Miss California, produced for her boyfriend following their four (4) day rendezvous in February 2007." Law Offices of Charles S. Limandri P.O. Box 9120 16236 San Dieguito Road Suite 3-15 Rancho Santa Fe, CA 92067 Re: Carrie Prejean Dear Mr. Limandri: Vivid Entertainment ("Vivid") is interested in acquiring the rights to distribute the erotic footage that Carrie Prejean, former Miss California, produced for her...

Is it worse for a Republican to have been caught naked on camera or to support gay marriage? Meghan McCain weighs the hypocrisy of the Carrie Prejean scandal. BY MEGHAN MCCAIN If you’re a Republican, is it better to be in favor of gay marriage or to make a sex tape? That is the question. At least that’s the question that comes to mind after the reaction to the news that anti-gay marriage champion Carrie Prejean made a sex tape. After watching several of Prejean’s media appearances this week, it was not her incredibly uncomfortable threat to walk out on...

The tactics of the Left are predictable and to date, they win the battle of the media more often than common sense. Recently, offering up Ms. Pregean as a target has provided the Left with no end of lively entertainment. It sounds a little like this; Ms. Prejean has publicly said “no” to homosexual marriage yet there seems to be pictures and film, from her past, that makes her a hypocrite. Conservatives either bow their head as though they lost another round or ignore the “tempest in a teapot” as it offers little interest to them. Isn’t everyone a little...

It looks like Carrie Prejean spoke too soon when she called her recent sex tape the "biggest mistake" of her life. Either the seven other sex tapes that have just surfaced aren't actually salacious, or else the former Miss California has a little more to atone for. RadarOnline.com has just learned that the dethroned beauty queen has no less than eight sex tapes and 30 naked photos to her name. As in her previous sex tape, she performs solo on each video. Some of the new sexy photographs that have been unearthed Prejean allegedly took herself, of own reflection in...

Carrie Prejean on Tuesday defended a recently surfaced erotic video of her as a youthful indiscretion and questioned whether it could actually be called a “sex tape” since no one else appears in it. Prejean admitted to making the video of herself and sending it to her boyfriend when she was 17 years old.

Just this year, Dobson gave 2009 Miss USA 1st runner-up Carrie Prejean the same treatment. To her credit, she had spoken out against same-sex marriage during the pageant, yet she seemed to have no moral dilemma when it came to posing for some prurient photographs. Dobson praised her for the former and had little to say about the latter, holding her out as a fine example of Christian womanhood who had been martyred by the media. I was still program director at a Christian station at that time, and we were given a choice between airing the Prejean interview or...

Carrie Prejean, former Miss California who was fired under scandal, has dropped her lawsuit against pageant officials. Both parties have withdrawn their lawsuits. The statement reads “ Carrie Prejean, Keith Lewis, and K2 productions have dropped their claim against each other and wish each other the best in their future endeavors.” “We’re so glad to be back in the business of beauty and out of the litigious system that is Carrie Prejean,” Lewis told the Daily News. “It’s wonderful to put this behind us.” The reason, as alleged by TMZ, Carrie settled the suit is that the pageant officials were...

So – my fellow conservatives – Was defending Carrie Prejean worth it or did we prop her up on a pedestal a little too soon? Was it really a good idea to see her as our poster girl just because we salivated over a few sentences that she uttered at a beauty pageant? We should have known better using a beauty queen to try to get our message across. What were we thinking? And yes, I am sure that we can thank our good friends on the left for digging up these uncomplimentary images and video about Prejean. That’s what...

Carrie Prejean demanded more than a million dollars during her settlement negotiations with Miss California USA Pageant officials -- that is, until the lawyer for the Pageant showed Carrie an XXX home video of her handiwork. The video the lawyer showed Carrie is extremely graphic and has never been released publicly. We know that, because TMZ obtained the video months ago but decided not to post it because it was so racy. Let's just say, Carrie has a promising solo career. We're told it took about 15 seconds for Carrie to jettison her demand and essentially walk away with nothing....

Carrie Prejean to Values Voter Summit: 'God Chose Me' With the Gay-Marriage Question September 18, 2009 It’s easy to make fun of beauty queens -- their plastic smiles, their bottle-blond tresses, their dreams for world peace. But Carrie Prejean, the former Miss California whose declaration that marriage should be between a man and woman earned her the vilification of some in the gay rights community, provided an unanticipated emotional highlight at a conference of Christian conservatives in Washington today. In a heartfelt talk that moved some in the crowd to tears, Prejean recounted for the 1,700 activists gathered for the...

Not too long ago, conventional wisdom seemed to dictate that gay marriage in America was inevitable. Conservatives, surprisingly, would tell me this more often than anyone. But something has changed. Carrie Prejean has had an effect on us. That's the argument made by my friend, Maggie Gallagher, president of the National Organization for Marriage, in the latest issue of National Review. After a series of judicial usurpations, legislative victories, and public-relations onslaughts, the gay-marriage movement took a blow this past November, when Proposition 8 was passed in California. Voters affirmed a ballot measure that defined marriage as "between a man...

SHE'S tired of the 'bullying' and 'torrent of abuse' she has received for her views on homosexuality. She questions why her detractors have chosen to attack her personally and jeopardise her job, instead of focusing their attack on her views. And she asks if people can appreciate the cost she has paid for holding on to her convictions and principles. Dr Thio Li-ann expressed these views in an 18-point memo she sent to the dean of the New York University (NYU) law school and some faculty members, a copy of which has been posted on a US legal blog....

Carrie Prejean's lawyer gave Miss California USA executive director Keith Lewis what he said was a final warning to retract statements made about the former beauty queen or face a defamation lawsuit. Prejean, stripped of the Miss California USA title last week, "suffered severe emotional distress" and her reputation was harmed by Lewis, Charles LiMandri said in a letter sent Thursday to Lewis' lawyer. LiMandri's letter also accused Lewis, whom he referred to as a "gay activist," of setting Prejean up to be fired because of her statements opposing same-sex marriage. When Prejean, 22, was dethroned, Lewis said it was...

"This is one of the most rude individuals I have ever had the displeasure of working with in my entire 28-year career in public relations. She was rude. She was obnoxious. She's a liar, and she's not a nice person. … There's nothing 'Christian' about her." Such was the description to WND of recently fired Miss California Carrie Prejean by a spokesman representing Keith Lewis, producer of Miss California USA. Publicist Roger Neal said the beauty queen refused to work with the pageant to attend scheduled events, so they kicked her out. But Prejean's attorney, Charles Limandri, sees it another...
