Carrie Prejean, former Miss California who was fired under scandal, has dropped her lawsuit against pageant officials. Both parties have withdrawn their lawsuits. The statement reads Carrie Prejean, Keith Lewis, and K2 productions have dropped their claim against each other and wish each other the best in their future endeavors.
Were so glad to be back in the business of beauty and out of the litigious system that is Carrie Prejean, Lewis told the Daily News. Its wonderful to put this behind us.
The reason, as alleged by TMZ, Carrie settled the suit is that the pageant officials were going to release a tape of the lovely Miss California "masturbating".
Yes it looks like the good Miss Prejean had made a little home movie that got into the hands of pageant officials and she did not want it to go public.
On a lighter note, Carrie Prejean will get to keep the money she was given for breast implants and her book will hit the stores soon.
The legal fiasco led K2 to make changes, Lewis said, including a decision to crown two Miss Californias during a televised pageant Nov. 22.
Were crowning two girls this year, he told the Daily News. After the last year, I dare say it has a lot to do with the past.

Goup against the machine and look what happens.
Is blackmail legal in California? Even Dave Letterman busted a perp for that here in Fair Gotham.
On shelves everywhere?
The “End Times” are coming!
“...There will be sex-tapes and rumors of sex-tapes ...”
The gay-mafia makes sure she’ll regret not sharing their evil agenda.
Yesterdays news was both sides withdrew their lawsuits and came to a mutual non-disclosed agreement.
My guess is TMZ & Current think Prejean will be unwilling to sue them for slander.
I don’t get how so many beautiful women can be so dumb as to allow such tapes to be made of themselves.

INNOCENT.
I suppose if there's an ethics clause in her contract (which I imagine there is) then the tape becomes evidence that she broke her contract. That's as far as my amateur lawyer license will allow me to comment....;^)
Though if the tape showed her doing it alongside Billy Bob Thornton in Monster’s Ball, she’d be up for an Oscar.
I say the same thing with respect to tattoos.
2 Miss Californias?
You can’t be Miss America or own an NFL team if you don’t share their views.
What will it take to spark a revolution??

I'D BUY THAT FOR A DOLLAR!!!!
That machine needs burned to the ground
1 male (nominally) and one female (supposedly).............
Believe it or not, that isn't blackmail. It's perfectly legal. Threatening someone with litigation, or with "free speech" (i.e., releasing a video), is legal. Demanding only an end to litigation, in return for refraining from carrying out such a threat, is also legal. I know, it's hard to believe. But the fact that litigation is involved seems to make all of this legally OK.
The morality of this, on the other hand ...
