Elizabeth Warren, everyone's favorite senator from Massachusetts, appeared on CNN on Monday night to talk about, I don't know, maybe hunting and gathering? The first Thanksgiving? How the white man drove her from her land? Warren explained that poor Biden is just a kind-hearted old family man who had no choice but to make these pardons out of fear that Trump might try to use his sweet little family against him just because Trump doesn't like him.

  • No Pardon for Mayorkas Or Garland?

Now, this is interesting: there is no word that Alejandro Mayorkas or Merrick Garland were granted preemptive pardons. No doubt Garland has some vulnerabilities, but I doubt that he would be high on the list of people who would be targeted for investigations. And as a high-powered lawyer who just ran the Justice Department that would prosecute him, he would likely be treated with kid gloves. ... But Mayorkas? That man has skeletons and even still-rotting bodies in his closet, and as far as I can tell, Biden has given him no legal cover. He has committed perjury many times...

President Joe Biden on Monday issued preemptive pardons for Gen. Mark Milley, Dr. Anthony Fauci and members of Congress who served on the committee investigating the January 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol, using extraordinary executive prerogative as a shield against revenge by his incoming successor, Donald Trump. The pardons, coming in the final hours of Biden’s presidency, amount to a stunning flex of presidential power that is unprecedented in recent presidential history. They serve to protect several outspoken critics of the incoming president, including former Republican Rep. Liz Cheney, whom Trump has vowed retribution against. “These are exceptional circumstances,...

the criminals that populate the Biden administration know they’ve broken the law, abrogated the Constitution over and over again. They do not want to be caught, to be indicted, to have to hire lawyers, to defend themselves from the crimes they’ve knowingly committed. Everyone in their realm knows they broke countless laws in their determined effort to destroy Donald Trump. The American people know that they broke every law on the books to further their efforts to prevent Trump, not only from running for the office again and most certainly to prevent him from winning again. Damn! They failed. Now...

The Biden administration has quietly extended a controversial “emergency declaration” under the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act until December 31, 2029. “Secretary Becerra signed the 12th amendment to the declaration under the PREP Act for COVID-19 Medical Countermeasures. The Secretary issues this amendment pursuant to section 319F–3 of the Public Health Service Act to extend the duration of the Declaration to December 31, 2029, and to republish the Declaration in full,” according to the announcement. The timing? Conveniently, it ensures that Big Pharma and mRNA vaccine makers remain shielded from liability throughout President Trump’s second term and beyond.
  • Trump says members of Jan. 6 committee should be jailed

President-elect Donald Trump, in his first post-election TV interview, promised a confrontational return to the White House, saying he would like to see many of those who investigated him jailed, including lawmakers who led an inquiry into his role in the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol. **SNIP** In a 45-minute interview with NBC News’s “Meet the Press” that aired Sunday and was recorded on Friday, Trump said members of the now-defunct House select committee tasked with investigating the deadly Jan. 6, 2021, insurrection at the Capitol should be in jail. “Everybody on that committee … for what they...

Senior White House officials are reportedly considering issuing retired Gen. Mark Milley a pre-emptive pardon over fears that President-elect Donald Trump’s incoming administration will go after the former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The potential pardon for Milley, who was the nation’s highest-ranking military officer for part of Trump’s first term, was reported by the Washington Post Thursday. Milley, 66, faced intense scrutiny on Capitol Hill during President Biden’s first year in office after journalist Bob Woodward revealed that the Pentagon official placed secret phone calls to a top Chinese official before the 2020 election and after the...
  • IF BIDEN ISSUES SO-CALLED PRE-EMPTIVE OR PROSPECTIVE PARDONS IN SOME SYSTEMIC WAY, HE SHOULD BE IMPEACHED

IF BIDEN ISSUES SO-CALLED PRE-EMPTIVE OR PROSPECTIVE PARDONS IN SOME SYSTEMIC WAY, HE SHOULD BE IMPEACHED The Biden regime has done more to destroy the rule of law and our constitutional order -- aimed against political opponents (most prominently Donald Trump) and for the empowerment of the Democrat Party -- than any past administration I can think of. And it's not done. The phrases "preventive pardons" or "prospective pardons" corrupt the language as they corrupt the law. For example, imagine the following: a president pardons himself not just for past or present federal offenses or possible federal offenses, BUT for...
