On Wednesday, former Army Sergeant Daniel Perry was given a sentence of 25 years in prison for his self-defense shooting of an armed Black Lives Matter rioter, even as Governor Greg Abbott (R-Texas) has vowed to pardon him. As reported by Politico, District Judge Clifford Brown claimed in his remarks just before sentencing that Sergeant Perry received a fair trial, and that his conviction by an Austin jury “deserves our honor and it deserves to be respected,” despite the fact that Austin is a heavily Democratic city that is more likely to be biased in favor of far-left protesters. Brown...

In 2014, Texas Gov. Rick Perry was indicted on trumped up charges by a liberal DA, fingerprinted, and forced to take a mugshot, destroying his presidential campaign. Rick Perry Takes Mugshot With Head Held High The indictment of Donald Trump by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg Thursday sent shockwaves around the country. Trump’s defenders — and even some legal experts — haven’t been shy about describing the prosecution of Trump as politically motivated. While the specific indictment has yet to be revealed, Bragg appears likely to charge Trump with felony “falsifying of business records” pertaining to a Federal Election Commission...

Rep. Scott Perry, who the Jan. 6 committee said sought a pardon for his involvement in attempts to overturn the 2020 election, wants to turn the tables on the panel that investigated him now that the Republicans have gained a majority in the House. “Why should I be limited… just because someone has made an accusation?” Perry told This Week host George Stephanopoulos on Sunday when he asked if Perry would pledge not to serve on the investigation into the Jan. 6 committee.

“In his 14 years in Republican Leadership, McCarthy has repeatedly failed to demonstrate any desire to meaningfully change the status quo in Washington,” Rep. Perry declared. Perry said McCarthy presented a “vague ultimatum” lacking in specifics and substance over the holiday weekend after months of dragging his feet. He said he and other GOP members who have been skeptical of McCarthy approached him with an offer to get him to the 218 votes he needs to win the speakership, asking for “firm” commitments to hold votes on four policy proposals. The policies are creating a balanced budget, replacing national income,...

The best explanation I have found of the events leading up to the raid, he talks about Trump's ability as Commander to declassify anything, the curious timing of the raid, and that the Espionage Act is likely unconstitutional in its scope, and may have been 'triggered' by nothing more than a momento dispute. Yeah, it's another YT video we all complain about having to watch! But his analysis is quite good.

Representative Adam Schiff (D-CA) said Sunday on CBS’s “Face the Nation” that the Justice Department “appeared to be investigating the fake elector plot” because Rep. Scott Perry’s (R-PA) cell phone was seized by the FBI. Anchor Margaret Brennan asked, “We learned this past week that your colleague, Congressman Scott Perry, who leads the Freedom Caucus- the Justice Department seized his cell phone as part of their investigation into the attempts to overturn the election results in 2020 and that slate of fake electors.
