President Trump on Sunday called for the person or persons who operated Joe Biden’s autopen to be jailed. “Hopefully ACTBLUE, the Democrats ILLEGAL SCAM used to raise money, including from not allowed “foreign contributions,” is being looked at by authorities. The Dems only know how to win by CHEATING, something which they do better than any group or party in history. But now, with their terrible policies and candidates, and with people like Crooked Adam Schiff, who demanded a full Pardon from Sleepy Joe, leading the way, it is almost impossible to reach their money goals. The USA is wise...

'ActBlue has become notorious for its lax standards that enable unverified and fraudulent donations.' President Donald Trump is reportedly expected to sign a memorandum on Thursday directing the Department of Justice to open an investigation into the Democratic fundraising powerhouse ActBlue. A fact sheet on the memo was obtained by several news outlets, directing Attorney General Pam Bondi to "investigate and take appropriate action concerning allegations regarding the use of online fundraising platforms to make 'straw' or 'dummy' contributions and to make foreign contributions to U.S. political candidates and committees, all of which break the law." The fact sheet reportedly...

Judge Paula Xinis postponed discovery in Kilmar Abrego Garcia for one week in response to the Trump Administration’s request for a delay. The judge did not give a reason for her decision to postpone the discovery. “The Court has reviewed Defendants’ Motion to Stay and Plaintiffs’ Response. With the agreement of parties, the Court hereby ORDERS that discovery shall be stayed until April 30, 2025, at 5:00 PM,” the judge wrote.

BOTTOM LINE: Garcia isn’t a ‘Maryland man,’ he’s a member of MS-13 and an illegal, who is now back in his native country of El Salvador where he belongs. On Wednesday, Attorney General Pam Bondi released police records showing Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia, the “Maryland man” who was deported to his native El Salvador by the Trump administration, was in fact a member of MS-13 and was in the United States illegally.Contrary to the assertions of Garcia’s lawyers (and many in the corporate press) that there’s no evidence he’s a member of MS-13 and that the cops just made it...

As noted by Politico, within the ruling Boasberg goes on to say: …”if the administration doesn’t rectify the issue, the judge said he may require administration officials to testify under oath so that he can identify the specific individuals responsible for violating his order. He would then request that those individuals be prosecuted. The judge signaled he could appoint an outside lawyer to prosecute the contempt case if the Justice Department declines to do so.” (link) I think we all know the very select group of “beach friend” people whom Boasberg would lean toward in appointing someone to prosecute Pam...

The new information revealed by the document should put to rest any doubt that Abrego Garcia is nothing more than a violent and prominent member of one of the most brutal gangs on Earth. Per the document, here are the details: 1. When Garcia was arrested in March 2019, he and three of his cronies were found in possession of marijuana and discarded several other items at the scene. As Det. –approached the individuals, two of...

New York Attorney General Letitia James was hit with a federal criminal referral for instances of alleged mortgage fraud on Tuesday, according to a letter obtained by The Post. Federal Housing FHFA Director William Pulte sent the missive to Attorney General Pam Bondi and Deputy AG Todd Blanche, alleging that James had “falsified records” to get home loans for a property in Virginia that she claimed was her “principal residence” in 2023 — while still serving as a New York state prosecutor. In February 2001, James also purchased a five-family dwelling in Brooklyn — but has “consistently misrepresented the same...

Judge Paula Xinis is setting the stage to hold Trump officials in contempt. Attorneys for Kilmar Abrego Garcia demanded the Trump Administration ‘comply’ with the Supreme Court order and release the MS-13 gang member from the CECOT prison. In a new court filing on Tuesday Abrego Garcia’s attorneys said the Trump Administration has to at least request his release from the CECOT prison and help ‘facilitate’ his return from El Salvador. The attorneys said, “There is no evidence that anyone has requested the release of Abrego Garcia.”

WHOA! Given that Judge did not clarify what "facilitate" meant, as SCOTUS required her to do, Trump says here's what it means in immigration context and that is what it must mean to be respectful of Article II authority. THIS IS HUGE

Retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, President Trump’s former National Security Advisor and a central figure in the Obama-era Crossfire Hurricane scandal, is once again turning up the heat on key players in the conservative movement, publicly demanding answers from Trump allies Pam Bondi and Kash Patel about long-promised justice. In a post on X Thursday, Flynn shared a clip from his must-watch documentary movie FLYNN—Deliver the Truth, Whatever the Cost, calling on the American public to watch the film and understand the depth of corruption he endured at the hands of a “rigged system.” “Newly declassified Crossfire Hurricane documents reveal...

In a bombshell interview with Eric Bolling on The Balance, former New York City Mayor and Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani stunned conservatives by publicly expressing deep frustration with key decisions made under the Trump-era Department of Justice and FBI. Giuliani — long viewed as a stalwart ally of the MAGA movement — admitted he is “very upset” with recent actions by officials at the Department of Justice and FBI. This comes after FBI Director Kash Patel reportedly appointed Steven Jensen to lead the coveted FBI Washington Field Office. According to the New York Times, Jensen “played a key role in...

Attorney General Pam Bondi has suspended the senior Department of Justice attorney representing the administration in a high-visibility deportation case. Enez Reuveni, the acting deputy director of Justice’s immigration litigation division, was suspended from duty and had his email terminated in a letter from Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche accusing him of failing to “follow a directive from your superiors.” Reuveni is a 15-year veteran of the Department of Justice and was only promoted to acting deputy director of the immigration litigation division two weeks ago. Accompanying Reuveni on vacation will be his boss, August Flentje, the acting director of...

This week, Boasberg will issue an opinion related to his claims the Trump adm defied his court orders to "return" planes carrying illegal Venezuelans subject to the president's Alien Enemies Act proclamation on March 15. As I have reported for weeks, Boasberg from day one not only built but created a contempt trap for DOJ. During last week's heated contempt hearing, Boasberg crossed the line of executive privilege many times in interrogating the seemingly unprepared DOJ atty Drew Ensign and demanding to know the nature of internal comms in the executive branch and, more outrageously, who failed to "return" planes...

Attorney General Pam Bondi on Tuesday directed federal prosecutors to seek the death penalty against Luigi Mangione, the man accused of gunning down UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson outside a Manhattan hotel in December, 2024. Mangione, 26, faces separate federal and state murder charges for the killing. The federal charges include a charge of murder through use of a firearm, which carries the possibility of the death penalty. “Luigi Mangione’s murder of Brian Thompson — an innocent man and father of two young children — was a premeditated, cold-blooded assassination that shocked America,” Bondi said in a statement, as seen by...

“The View” co-host Joy Behar said Wednesday that there could be “backlash” against the Republican Party as the Trump Justice Department has ordered prosecutors to seek the death penalty for Luigi Mangione, who is accused of killing UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson. “He’s very popular, this guy, there could be a backlash,” she said. “All I’m saying is, politically, it could be a backlash against Republicans to give him the death penalty.” Attorney General Pam Bondi said on Tuesday that Thompson’s murder was “a premeditated, cold-blooded assassination that shocked America.” “After careful consideration, I have directed federal prosecutors to seek the...

FBI agents lost their security clearances and jobs after blowing the whistle on the Biden-era and Chris Wray-led bureau. Now their lawyers are asking the Trump FBI, led by Kash Patel, to address their complaints.. FBI agents who blew the whistle on “wrongdoing” within the bureau — including one agent saying he wants to share further information about working under disgraced FBI official Peter Strzok — are calling upon the bureau, now led by Kash Patel, to review and resolve their claims of retaliation by Biden's FBI. Empower Oversight sent an early March letter to FBI general counsel Samuel Ramer,...

Retired New Jersey Superior Court Judge Andrew Napolitano told Newsmax on Friday that British foreign intelligence agency MI6 might have been involved in the Signal imbroglio that has vexed the Trump administration. "This has really produced an uproar in the intelligence community," Napolitano said on "National Report." "The Guardian of London says — are you ready for this? — it was MI-6. It was the British intelligence that doesn't like Donald Trump that wanted to embarrass him. "All of this is a reason why, in my view, it was wrong for Attorney General [Pam] Bondi to say there's not going...

U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi said Sunday that Rep. Jasmine Crockett should “tread carefully” when voicing her opposition to Elon Musk and Tesla. Ms. Bondi said the Texas Democrat has called for “attacks on Elon Musk” to protest his role in cutting government spending as part of the Department of Government Efficiency. “She is an elected public official, so she needs to tread very carefully because nothing will happen to Elon Musk and we are going to fight to protect all of the Tesla owners throughout this country,” Ms. Bondi said on Fox News Channel.
