On Thursday, Rep. Zoe Lofgren (D-Calif.) greeted Attorney General Pam Bondi's dismissal with a “good riddance”—then dismissed every potential replacement, all while being encouraged by host Alicia Menendez.
Lofgren didn’t limit herself to criticism of Bondi’s tenure:
LOFGREN: Good riddance to Pam Bondi. But good luck to us for who might come next.
She then turned her disdain on possible successors. Menendez named some rumored replacements -- "Lee Zeldin, Jeannine Pirro, Alina Habba" -- and asked if any of these people were “actually confirmable” or someone Republicans could “get behind,” Lofgren rejected them wholesale:
LOFGREN: None. None. Not those names . . . These people are jokes.

Hope Trump had a confirmable replacement in mind before he removed Bondi. Not confident about this in light of Thune’s recent behavior.

Trump needs an AG who can get out ahead of the Dem/media’s tricks, has the brains to hand off the Epstein time-waster to a special counsel who indicts several scumbag associates of Epstein; indicts Democrat fraudsters from street-level operators to governors; lays waste to ActBlue while exposing it and Dems for using foreign money in US elections, with prosecutions; rips open the whole voting fraud empire, with prosecutions; prosecutes immigrant criminals; gets to the bottom of the J5 bomb plot; etc.
And gets after all of it as if his/her house was on fire. Grit, thick skin, quick wit, self-control, brilliant legal mind, someone whose glance strikes fear into the hearts of criminals and other communists. I don’t ask for much.

I suggest the more DOJ that makes the news, the more the DEMS & media can play one story against the other, one constituency against the other.
I agree, #2 Epstein is a time waster. Very low priority. But it titillates many in MAGA.
#3 FRAUD is my priority. It is not just DEMOCRAT, it is BIPARTISAN. it is the SWAMP. It is money & bureaucratic control. Not just R&D.
I suggest that money, affordability, inflation result of pretend money are and will be the basis of many issues. Just in the HHS alone, the biggest spender of money, there is massive fraud...fraud in the SWAMP. Until we reduce that all other efforts will have their hands tied behind their back...there isn’t money for ICE, no money for xxx or yyy.
As a start to MAGA agreement, can there be FReeper aggreement on priorities?
