BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (WEAR) — Three people are dead after 18 were shot at a party in Baldwin County, Alabama Saturday night. It happened around 9:30 p.m. in the Stockton Community. "Our preliminary investigation has revealed that local residents hosted a May Day event yesterday in an open field on Upper Bryant’s Landing Road," Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release. Howard University has canceled their nursing graduation ceremony after family members began smashing windows and pounding on doors after being locked out due to the venue reaching full capacity. Parents and family members of College of Nursing and Allied Health Sciences students crammed into the Cramton Auditorium in Washington, DC, on Thursday; however, some did not enter the building before the keynote speech abruptly ended the ceremony.

Spring break celebrations devolved into chaos at the annual Orange Crush gathering in Savannah as shocking videos show topless brawls and mounds of garbage washing into the ocean. The Orange Crush is a college spring break party on Tybee Island in the popular Georgia resort town. One video showed piles of trash along the coastline being swept into the ocean.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - The Memphis Police Department is investigating a shooting incident in the Orange Mound area. Around 7 p.m., officers surrounded the area near Carnes Avenue and Grand. When officers were on the scene, they discovered five victims had been shot. Three were rushed to the hospital in critical condition and two were pronounced dead on the scene. HIALEAH, Fla. – After a burglary victim was injured in Hialeah, Shakala Simone Smith told a detective her sister wanted her Sony PlayStation game console back, according to a police arrest report released on Wednesday. The woman claimed the game console was hers, and she reported Smith’s sister Daneill Dishan Henry threatened to stab her with a knife and a gunman threatened to shoot her over it. The woman also reported Smith, 28; Henry, 25; and another woman broke into her apartment and attacked her. HOUSTON – A Houston woman is in custody after firing a weapon towards a food delivery driver after a dispute from an order. On Friday, police say Jalyn Searcy-Williams, 24, ordered alcohol on DoorDash, but the driver refused to leave it at the location because the original purchaser was not present. In response, Searcy-Williams fired a gun at him. Deputies responded to the 12500 block of May Laurel Dr. after a nearby resident reported hearing the gunfire. Greece, N.Y. — Police are looking for two women who they say dined and dashed before hitting a restaurant employee with their car. The two women allegedly left the restaurant Saturday after refusing to pay their bill, before the employee followed them to their car.
