May 31 was another great day for the DC Chapter Free Republic as we brought Operation Chaos to the Banks of the Potomac River. This is the time of year when when FReeping is easy. Temperatures are in the mid 70s during the day, dropping to maybe 65-70 at night, and humidity is low.
