Finally, SPRING arrived in Westminster! PatrioticMarineMom and I were blessed with beautiful blue skies and sunny warm temps. Not much excitement for this particular FReep/Rally, but we did get our share of beeps, waves, thumbs up and a few conversations. One young girl driving by held her military cap out the car window. An Army wife walking by stopped to praise us and tell us she was an Army wife and they needed to be supported too. We agreed. Too bad all you male FReepers missed this one. The warm weather brought quite a few ladies out! A few said "Good for you" and liked our signs. PatrioticMarineMom had her favorite Marine Son sign while I was holding my "God Bless Our Military And Their Familes" sign. A man asked if we were getting honks and I told him, yes we were getting a bunch as usual. Another man walking by with his friend, told us he was from Haiti and didn't think that Americans appreciated their military. We told him that is why we were out there Supporting Our Troops. Couldn't understand all that he said, but that was the jist of it.
Short, sweet and to the point this week! Sorry, no pics this time. This weekend, the moonbats will be out, so I should have plenty of pics and more of a report. I'm giving FReepers a breather from my long, detailed reports!
Feel free to join us any Saturday from 1-3pm. We especially need extra boots on the corner, on the 2nd and last Saturday of each month, when we counter protest the moonbats. The Westminster Gathering/FReep is located on the east side of E. Main Street opposite the library at 50 East Main Street. There is public parking on Winters Street. Follow the signs.

Notice I said nothing about the age of the ladies! You know my details, I surely would have told you about the college students that took an everlasting holiday! Just ladies out on a warm spring day letting us know they appreciated how we were supporting our troops.
Yes, all 2 of us patriotic ladies had a good day with some spring weather. Might have the same this Saturday but with chances of rain. With you and Olney-Keith, probably my guys and PatrioticMarineMom’s hubby, it will be a great day!
