President Donald Trump said Wednesday that he will ask the Supreme Court to rehear its recent decision striking down his executive order seeking to end birthright citizenship.
In a 5-4 decision last month, the high court held that children born in the United States to parents who are in the country illegally or temporarily are U.S. citizens under the 14th Amendment, rejecting Trump's attempt to deny them automatic citizenship.
"I will be asking for a Rehearing by the United States Supreme Court, IMMEDIATELY," Trump wrote on Truth Social. "This miscarriage of justice will destroy America if they don't change their absolutely insane decision."
Supreme Court rehearings are exceedingly rare.

Trump is trying to retake the same shortcut he took before. Trying to take the easy way. This is same with Iran. To get the job done requires work, which he doesn’t want to do.

Trump would have realized that Congress has to do the work. An executive order does not override the constitution.
He needs to get Congress to do the work. Get his party in Congress to do the work.

Trump took a shortcut with Iran. He did not build support with allies, Congress, and the nations in the region. He did not put enough military personnel in the theater. No ground troops. Not enough air and naval assets. It should have been done like what was done in Desert Storm, but he didn’t do that.
Another example is that he took a shortcut with the new Air Force 1. He had to bring out the old one to fly back in instead of using the new one.
They don’t have the ‘nads.
