Based on the vehicles in your picture that event appears to have taken place in the 60’s or so, when KFC was indeed finger linkin good. I recall the days when the chicken, gravy, biscuit and coleslaw were so good you just couldn’t get enough.
Now compare to today’s KFC. It tastes awful. Like so many other companies they changed their recipe/ingredients so it sucks pathetically. The only company that realized it made a huge mistake was Coke when they changed their product. Once they realized it was a total loss, they went back.
Our local KFC used to be packed at lunch and dinner time. Today their traffic is but a few

I probably should have gotten tix and gone, but I really dislike crowds. I live reasonably nearby, an hour or so.
I think technically this event is in East Cobb (County). The school may have a Marietta mailing address, but I don’t think it’s in the city limits.
I think Brick Suit would have to be on his death bed to miss a Trump rally.
