DC Judge Beryl Howell loves to shoot off her mouth when it comes to the president and his supporters. Now she's playing the victim as Trump DOJ uses her own words, and actions, against her. As the manhunt for American citizens who participated in the events of January 6 accelerated in early 2021, the Biden Department of Justice took an unprecedented approach in the handling of political protesters: demand pretrial detention even for those charged with nonviolent offenses such as obstruction and conspiracy. A special prison for J6ers had been opened in the nation’s capital a few days after Jan...

The president issued a new order Tuesday sanctioning yet another law firm, Jenner & Block. The result overall has been called an extraordinary threat to the constitutional rights of due process and legal representation, as well as a far weaker effort to challenge Trump’s actions in court than during his first term.President Donald Trump’s crackdown on lawyers is having a chilling effect on his opponents’ ability to defend themselves or challenge his actions in court, according to people who say they are struggling to find legal representation as a result of his challenges. Biden-era officials said they’re having trouble finding...

Longtime deputy to Robert Mueller and key Trump-Russia investigator Andrew Weissmann is in the crosshairs of federal prosecutors. For years, Andrew Weissmann was one of the most visible and vociferous critics of Donald Trump, as a former deputy to Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller and MSNBC legal analyst who wrote a book wondering if the president “paid bribes to foreign officials,” or had “Russian business deals in the works” when he ran for president. Now Weissmann is facing hard questions of his own, about eerily similar themes. In a pair of letters obtained by Racket, District of Columbia U.S. Attorney Ed...

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard revoked security clearances from the 51 ‘spies who lied,’ several Biden-era officials and Deep State lawyers. Joe Biden is also no longer receiving his Daily Brief. Last month, President Trump stripped the security clearances of at least eight corrupt ‘antagonists’ who worked for Biden or targeted him for ruin over the last several years: Former Secretary of State Antony Blinken Former NatSec Advisor Jake Sullivan New York Attorney General Letitia James Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg Biden’s Deputy AG Lisa Monaco Corrupt prosecutor Andrew Weissmann Deep State lawyer Mark Zaid Norm Eisen – the man...

The head of the FBI's New York field office resigned Monday afternoon, facing pressure from President Donald Trump's administration. James Dennehy announced his resignation in an email to staff, NBC News reported. His resignation comes after Kash Patel began his first week leading the bureau last week. Before that, Justice Department deputy attorney general, Emil Bove, began a search for all FBI staff who worked on cases around the Jan. 6 attackers. Dennehy clashed with Bove over that probe into the staff.

President Trump is not done laying down the law on corrupt officials who sought not only destroy his political career and but also lock him in prison for life. As The Gateway Pundit’s Kristinn Taylor reported, Trump announced Friday evening he has revoked Joe Biden’s national security clearance and is stopping his courtesy presidential daily intelligence briefings. The president cited Biden’s precedent of doing the same to him in 2021, as well as the report by Special Counsel Robert Hur on Biden’s “poor memory” in his investigation about Biden stealing and mishandling classified documents as reasons for his action. Trump...

President Donald Trump has decided to remove security clearances for several Democrats, including former Secretary of State Antony Blinken, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, and New York Attorney General Letitia James, both of whom are vocal Trump critics. Former National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, Biden’s Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco, and attorneys Andrew Weissmann, Mark Zaid and Norm Eisen. The move comes a day after Trump stripped his predecessor, former President Joe Biden, of his security clearance and his access to presidential daily briefs. "There is no need for Joe Biden to continue receiving access to classified information," Trump wrote...

As previously reported, The Washington Post’s so-called conservative blogger Jennifer Rubin quit the newspaper and joined forces with Deep State hack Norm Eisen to start a media venture called “The Contrarian.” Last month the insufferable duo painfully described how they will cover everything from law, to culture to cooking in their new venture. “We do politics, we’re going to do law. But we know that any successful pro-democracy movement also has to be very vocal about culture. We’ll have a humor column, we’ll even have a cooking column, but we’re going to sprinkle in a little bit of pro-democracy flavor!”...

President Donald Trump has begun the process to investigate the Biden DOJ’s injustices against Jan. 6 protestors. The DOJ launched a “special project” to probe Biden-era prosecutors’ decisions to stretch an obstruction statute to prosecute hundreds of individuals who protested the certification of the 2020 presidential election inside the U.S. Capitol. Ed Martin, the acting U.S. district attorney for the District of Columbia, announced the investigation in a memo to two prosecutors who led these charges. Martin demanded the turnover of “all information you have related to the use of 1512 charges, including all files, documents, notes, emails, and other...

A federal court in Washington, D.C., ruled an online claim made by a legal analyst at MSNBC against a former White House attorney in the Trump administration is potentially defamatory

Former Assistant U.S. Attorney Andrew Weissmann said Monday on MSNBC’s “Ana Cabrera Reports” that Judge Aileen Cannon’s dismissal of former President Donald Trump’s classified documents case in Florida is an “opportunity” for the 11th Circuit to remove Cannon if they think that this was frivolous. Weissmann said, “I think it’s really important what Barb said, to think about what are the next steps because this is not a decision on the merits it’s about the procedure that was used. While I think that the bulk of the law, the balance of the law is squarely against Judge Cannon, this is...

The tip of the Lawfare spear consists of a small group of former DOJ attorneys and Main Justice leftists who helped AG Eric Holder create the DOJ National Security Division (DOJ-NSD) when it was formed on behalf of President Obama. Lawfare, writ large, are a tribe of leftists who strategically weaponize the justice systems within the DOJ. They are also the main guides, strategists and legal analysts who previously used Robert Mueller and currently use Jack Smith. The tribe is led by a trio of fellow travelers: Mary McCord, Norm Eisen and Andrew Weissmann. If you research the group, you...

Of all the phony baloney things I've heard about Joe Biden, this one ranks extremely high up there as one of the most insane takes possible. During a recent appearance on MSNBC, Andrew Weissmann, who was an attorney for the Mueller investigation and former general counsel to the FBI, literally gushed over Joe Biden, essentially calling him the embodiment of the rule of law. "What is before us is a president who is living, the rule of law he is living in ...the most personal way," he claimed. "He is not telling DOJ to stand down, which is his power...

Andrew Weissmann led the Mueller sham investigation against President Trump. Now he’s a top Deep State player behind DA Bragg’s bogus Manhattan case against President Trump. Andrew Weissmann is the face of DOJ corruption. He has been overturned by the Supreme Court and he’s been behind most all the efforts to attack President Trump through lawfare. A new article out from Politico reveals that a select group of lawyers and legal pundits have been working behind the scenes to quash a Trump second term using the media. They've been sharing narratives, honing points, and working together to "intellectually stress-test the arguments facing Trump on his journey through the American legal system." The names of those who have been at these meetings are all too familiar and their tactics mirror those undertaken in 2020 to manipulate media to sway the presidential election in Biden's favor. A group began meeting weekly in 2022, every Friday, on Zoom calls...

Corrupt prosecutor Andrew Weissmann appeared on MSNBC to discuss the US Supreme Court’s decision to agree to hear Trump’s immunity argument in Special Counsel Jack Smith’s January 6 case in Washington, DC. The high court will hear oral arguments on an expedited schedule the week of April 22 and decide by the end of the term in June or sooner. Judge Tanya Chutkan postponed the March 4 trial date indefinitely as Trump’s immunity argument makes its way through the courts. Jack Smith’s January 6 trial may be postponed past November and Mueller’s ‘pitbull’ Andrew Weissmann isn’t taking it well. “By...

The Supreme Court on Wednesday laid out a hearing schedule on former President Donald Trump's claims of presidential immunity that raises significant doubts that the election interference case against him will go to trial before the 2024 election. When hired by MSNBC as a legal analyst Andrew Weissmann, host Ari Melber explained that Weissmann is a “legend” while others heralded his insider perspective on cases. While many disagreed, Weissmann now has the inside scoop on a major defamation lawsuit in Washington, D.C. He is also the defendant. The controversial former aide to Special Counsel Robert Mueller (and NYU law professor) is being sued after declaring that attorney Stefan Passantino coached former Trump aide Cassidy Hutchinson to lie before Congress. Weissmann has long a reliable source for MSNBC in assuring the public that a wide variety of claims against...

Jack Smith is reportedly preparing to hit President Trump with 45 additional charges as a ‘backup plan’ should Judge Aileen Cannon, a Trump appointee, delay or thwart the classified documents case currently in the Southern District of Florida. The additional charges are expected “in the coming weeks,” The Independent reported. President Trump was recently indicted on 37 federal counts in a Florida court in Jack Smith’s classified documents case. According to the latest leak, the special counsel’s prosecutors are preparing a “superseding indictment” – a separate set of charges against Trump in the Southern District of Florida. Jack Smith’s prosecutors...

President Trump blocked Mark Milley's forever war plot.Joe Biden’s Department of Justice leaked audio of President Trump to CNN on Monday night. The tapes do not prove Trump was reading from classified documents, as CNN claims. However, the recordings do prove that Trump saved America from another forever war planned by General Milley. In the tapes, Trump said, “Well, with Milley, let me see that. I’ll show you an example. He said I wanted to attack Iran.”Trump goes on to explain that Milley and the deep state were the ones who wanted to attack Iran, saying, “This [plan to attack Iran]...
